#9 - LYMAN CLAIM: The Lieutenant Governor engaged in "100% obstruction" and "election interference" for not placing Phil’s first LG Layne Bangerter on the ballot. TRUTH: A judge ruled that Bangerter did not meet the constitutional residency requirement because he hadn't lived in the state for the preceding 5 years. (Fun fact: Bangerter was also forced to resign as the campaign treasurer for an Attorney General candidate in 2022 because he didn’t meet Idaho's residency requirement).

#8 - LYMAN CLAIM: Elon Musk and his social media platform X are “shadow banning” Lyman to prevent him from posting attacks against Gov. Cox. TRUTH: 🤦‍♂️

# 7 - LYMAN CLAIM: DEI was the cause of the Baltimore bridge collapse. TRUTH: Phil continues to embarrass Utah on the national stage. 😞

#6 - LYMAN CLAIM: Utah has "aggressively raised taxes" under Gov. Cox. TRUTH: Gov. Cox signed into law the largest tax cut in Utah history and has not raised taxes. Falsely accusing his legislative colleagues of raising taxes also helps explain why a majority of Utah Republican legislators have endorsed the Governor.

#5 - LYMAN CLAIM: Utah has a history of voter fraud, including the 2022 primary election for U.S. Senate in Utah. TRUTH: Election officials and all U.S. Senate candidates dismissed these fraud claims (even the candidates who lost — a novel concept!).

#4 - LYMAN CLAIM: Gov. Cox wants to sell Utah land to China. TRUTH: Gov. Cox signed a bill that prevented Chinese interests from buying Utah land and forced any existing land to be sold within one year. Lyman even voted for the bill. 😳

#3 - LYMAN CLAIM: Gov. Cox made Utah into a sanctuary state so illegal immigrants will vote for him. 🤔 TRUTH: The Utah Sheriffs Association has publicly stated multiple times that Utah is not a sanctuary state.
