😡 Nicki Minaj can’t vote because she’s a lawful permanent resident, not a U.S. citizen. Her brother cannot vote while serving a 25-to-life felony prison sentence. Her husband is a registered sex offender, but non-incarcerated felons in NY generally retain voting rights.
