On January 21, 2018, Bible Scholar Nehemia Gordon and his team of researchers discovered the 1,000th Hebrew Bible manuscript containing the original name of God in Hebrew with vowels. For two hundred years, scholars have believed based on Greek sources and conjecture that the Hebrew name of God was originally pronounced “Yahweh.” In late 2016, Gordon found never-translated traditional Jewish sources that explicitly identified the vowels of God’s name in Hebrew as “Yehovah.” This is similar to the English Jehovah, but with a “Y” and the emphasis on the final syllable. God’s name, known as the Tetragrammaton, is written in most Hebrew Bible manuscripts with one of its vowels missing, making it unreadable in accordance with an ancient Jewish ban on speaking the name. Despite this, Gordon had previously discovered five Bible manuscripts with a full set of Hebrew vowels proving the pronunciation of the Tetragrammaton was known to Jewish scribes as “Yehovah.” The original Hebrew name of God re-discovered in 1,000 Bible manuscripts religionnews.com/2018/01/25/…“ineffable”%20name.

Codex Cyprius (also known as K or 017, from the ninth or tenth century, Bibliothèque nationale de France Greek manuscript 63) dates Matthew, Mark, and Luke as eight, ten, and fifteen years after the ascension of Christ into heaven, which is dated forty days after the resurrection on the basis of Acts 1:3. One of the notable features of Codex Cyprius is the subscriptions at the end of the first three Gospels, which provide information about when and where each Gospel was written: Matthew: "The Gospel according to Matthew was written by him in Jerusalem, eight years after the ascension of the Messiah." Mark: "The Gospel according to Mark was written ten years after the ascension of the Messiah." Luke: "The Gospel according to Luke was written fifteen years after the ascension of the Messiah.

Is the New World Translation rendering of John 1:1 “The word was a God” accurate ? Let’s explore what the Sahidic Coptic texts reveals to us about the Logos in John 1:1 who was in the beginning with God.

Issac Newton's intense and unbiased study of scripture led him to reject the Trinity doctrine. Newton held that Jesus was subordinate to God the Father and not co-equal. (Jn 20:17) Newton was quite secretive about these views during his lifetime due to a potential death sentence, given that expressing such beliefs could lead to accusations of heresy. His theological writings, which were not published until after his death, reveal these unorthodox beliefs. Personal Faith and Practice: 1. Newton was intensely religious. He engaged in daily prayer, Bible study, and meditation. His personal faith was rooted in a literal interpretation of the Bible, which he studied extensively. 2. Theological Studies: Newton wrote more on religious topics than he did on science. His theological works, many of which were unpublished in his lifetime, reveal a man deeply concerned with understanding the nature of God, prophecy, and the history of the Church. His studies included attempts to date biblical events, understand prophecy, and reconcile science with his faith. 3. Non-Trinitarian Beliefs: As mentioned, Newton did not subscribe to the traditional Trinitarian view of Christianity, which is central to most Christian denominations. His views leaned towards Arianism, where he saw Jesus Christ as distinct from and subordinate to God the Father, not co-equal in the Trinity. This would have been considered heretical by many of his contemporaries. 4. Restorationist Views: Newton aimed to restore what he believed was the original, pure form of Christianity, untainted by what he viewed as later doctrinal corruptions, including the Trinity. He was particularly critical of the Catholic Church and many Protestant denominations for what he saw as deviations from true Christianity. What do you think about this famous scientist Issac Newton?
You really have to be blind to not see it.

Melito of Sardis, another Christian (Pre-nicea) who held Annihilationism/Conditionalism "But such as are mindful of His words, and are admitted into that covenant which is unchangeable, 'they' see God—so far as it is possible for them to see Him. These also will have power to escape destruction, when the flood of fire comes upon all the world. For there was once a flood and a wind, and the great men were swept away by a violent blast from the north, but the just were left, for a demonstration of the truth. Again, at another time there was a flood of water, and all men and animals perished in the multitude of waters, but the just were preserved in an ark of wood by the command of God. So also will it be at the last time: there shall be a flood of fire, and the earth shall be burnt up, together with its mountains; and mankind shall be burnt up, along with the idols which they have made, and the carved images which they have worshipped; and the sea shall be burnt up, together with its islands; but the just shall be preserved from wrath, like as were their fellows of the ark from the waters of the deluge. And then shall those who have not known God, and those who have made them idols, bemoan themselves, when they shall see those idols of theirs being burnt up, together with themselves, and nothing shall be found to help them." For those who are ashamed to be saved must of necessity perish. I therefore counsel them to open their eyes and see: for, lo! light is given abundantly to us all to see thereby; and if, when light has arisen upon us, any one close his eyes so as to not see, into the ditch he must go." (Fragment I) "He hath set before thee all these things, and showeth thee that, if thou follow after evil, thou shalt be condemned for thy evil deeds; but that, if after goodness, thou shalt receive from Him abundant good, together with immortal life for ever." (Fragment I) "The anger and wrath of the Lord—the vengeance of the Deity upon sinners, when He bears with them with a view to punishment, does not at once judge them according to strict equity. As in the Psalm: 'In His anger and in His wrath will He trouble them.'" (Fragment IX) "He who is the repose of those that are departed; the recoverer of those that are lost; the light of those that are in darkness; the deliverer of those that are captive; the guide of those that go astray; the asylum of the afflicted." (Fragment IV)

By applying the rules of English grammar, John 1:1c would properly be rendered “… and the Word was 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐝” or “… and the Word was 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐞,” just as in English we do not write "Snoopy is dog," but what we write is "Snoopy is 𝐚 𝐝𝐨𝐠."⁣ ⁣ Here are a few examples of the anarthrous predicate nominative noun which precedes the verb in Greek:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟒:𝟏𝟗⁣⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐨 [𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬], “𝐒𝐢𝐫, 𝐈 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐭.”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ English grammar requires John 4:19 to be translated “you are 𝐚 prophet,” 𝐧𝐨𝐭 “you are 𝐭𝐡𝐞 prophet.”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟖:𝟒𝟖:⁣⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐡𝐢𝐦, “𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧?”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ English grammar requires John 8:48 to be translated “you are 𝐚 Samaritan,” 𝐧𝐨𝐭 “you are 𝐭𝐡𝐞 Samaritan.”⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝟗:𝟐𝟒:⁣⁣ 𝐒𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐦, “𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐠𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝. Hopefully Christians learn that the Trinity is a false god posing to be YHWH of Scripture before it's too late.
This is origin of Trinity.

Trinitarian Bibles lie & twist John 8:58 into "Before Abraham was, I am." But the Greek DOESN'T say that. It’s: πρὶν Ἀβραὰμ γενέσθαι, ἐγώ εἰμι — literally, "Before Abraham came to be, I am/was." In Greek grammar, when a present verb is controlled by a past-time clause ("before Abraham"), it’s an idiom meaning: “I have been” (a Present of Past Action Still in Progress). The NWT is correct: “Before Abraham came into existence, I have been.” This makes perfect sense, Jesus is claiming existence prior to Abraham, not claiming to be the divine name of Exodus 3:14. Different Greek entirely. “I AM” is a terrible and bias translation. The Greek into English demands something like "I have been.” Why? The idiom: Greek uses a well-known construction where a present verb with an explicit past-time marker expresses an action that started in the past and continues (often called the “Present of Past Action Still in Progress,” or PPA). In other words, “I have been … since before Abraham.” Grammarians discuss this category explicitly. Non-JW scholars who translate it that way exist: Classical/NT Greek scholar K. L. McKay: “I have been in existence since before Abraham was born.” He treats ἐγώ εἰμι here as a continuation-present shaped by the “before Abraham was born” clause. Exactly the PPA idiom. Fits the conversation: They asked Jesus how Abraham could have “seen” his day. Jesus answers that his existence predates Abraham—a staggeringly bold claim that explains the hostile reaction without importing “I AM” as a divine name. McKay even notes that this claim alone is enough to provoke the crowd. The "I Am" translation is unwarranted and a fat lie.

Unfortunately, many of the early church fathers were students of Hellenistic and Platonic philosophy. They tried to blend these philosophical ideas with the teachings of Jesus. They should have left philosophy behind and embraced the teachings of Jesus totally…
