Rio's been there and done that before (against Real Madrid in a UEFA Youth League match two years ago). Fourth defender in the area, too, just in case.
ALT Screenshot showing three (perhaps four) Real Madrid defenders trying to contain Liverpool's Rio Ngumoha.

Brilliant from @DistanceCovered on Barcola.
Little video on Barcola, and the difference between a big spaces guy and a one-on-one dribbler.

On Florian Wirtz - no coincidence that his two best performances this season have come in the CL.
I think his main issue is the man-to-man chaos of the Premier League, as @DistanceCovered keeps saying.
Good tonight, but doubt he’ll get nearly as much joy at Brentford.

Fair and nuanced as ever from Josh.
Best in the bizz for this kind of thing 👇
Wirtz was awful vs Bournemouth. Lots of noise surrounding him right now. So thought I’d make a video on what made him a £100m player, and why we’re being so patient with him.

Väl värd video att kolla på angående Florian Wirtz och varför vi bör ha tålamod med honom - och även om en hel del kan förbättras i hans spel, så är det verkligen inte så ”jävla dåligt” som en del vill få det att framstå som.

This is really good from @DistanceCovered. One really shocking stat in there that I'll let you discover for yourselves. One thing he's just stopped doing. Feels like a confidence thing as much as a tactical thing. youtu.be/yziUk2jHEkk?si=B-2V…
