Equestrian Living

For fans of classic shingle barns, this one is 🔝of the list. Round Lot Farm in Medfield, Massachusetts.

Among John Blackburn's many innovations in equestrian facility design is the use of garage doors in indoor arenas. We've used this technique in hundreds of arenas over the years and it remains one of our most requested features. Riders love these spaces; so full of light and air.

Craving solidity? Something fixed and sane? Completely understandable. Just sit tight and breathe. #youvegotthis

When our lives are full of cars, chaos and constant stress, isn't it just perfect to put on a pair of boots and walk the path to the barn? #grateful

We design indoor arenas to be as distinctive as the farms where they are located. This example, Circle B Ranch in Arlington, Washington, is 100’ x 200.' It has a “crow’s nest” observation area and is used for hunter/jumper and show training as well as recreation.

It's a team effort to create one-of-a-kind spaces. We consider our projects to be a compilation of talents. At every step, we demand a level of integrity & quality from the suppliers of components that go into every Blackburn equestrian facility.
