The Brewers are being celebrated like they invented baseball.
They are doing things that have become unusual.
They have an old school tough manager who players love playing for.
They focus on basic easy to understand basic fundamentals.
They have a hitting coach that was an overachieving player for skill that played in the big leagues.
They hit the ball the other way.
They value putting the ball in play.
They adjust their approach based on situation and count.
They are not addicted to exit velocity and launch angle bullshit.
They bunt and steal bases.
They do not have selfish superstars that need to be treated like celebrities.
The Brewers simply play the game how it was meant to be played.

Ryan Day with a great explanation of how responsibility works between players and coaches.
Coaches are 100% responsible for training players well enough to play.
Players are 100% responsible for meeting the standard.
Responsibility is not 50/50. Each owns 100%.

Navy SEAL confidence is earned. Not fake hype. Not arrogance. Not motivational talk. Earned confidence. Built through preparation, discipline, repetition, and keeping promises to yourself. That’s how real confidence works. Most people want confidence BEFORE the
That’s good stuff.
Consider this. Share it with your athlees.
You’ve spent hundreds of hours preparing for Friday night.
Lifting. Running. Summer workouts. Practices in the heat.
And how much actual football might you actually play?
10 minutes.
Do the math.
A game has roughly 120 plays.
Half are offense. Half are defense.
An average play lasts about 5 seconds.
120 plays × 5 seconds = 600 seconds.
That’s 10 minutes.
Hundreds and hundreds of hours of work for five minutes of actual football.
And I’m not asking you to give me 10 minutes all at once.
I’m asking for five seconds at a time.
Five seconds as hard as you can possibly play.
Get up. Get back in the huddle. Do it again.
And again.
Until there are no five seconds left.
Hundreds of hours for five minutes.
Don’t waste a second.
Sacred ground. The history behind the movie and what it's grown to now is so cool. I'll never forget "having a catch" with my boys here.
Took advantage of a free weekend to catch a Brewers game, and got to see an extra innings walk-off. ⚾️
East Buc middle school ⚾️ goes 16-0 on the year. Proud of these guys and the way they competed. #Bucs

The Offensive Line doesn’t need any other position to be good. Every other position needs the Offensive Line to be good.
The most important position group in football.
