When Lynda Holt launched Capital FM in 1996, she revolutionized the way radio content was produced and consumed in Kenya. Because of her, KBC also introduced Metro FM which I joined as a trainee in 1997.
I joined Capiroo in 2003 and spent the next 13 years there with in-between stints as an anchor on KTN and as the founder GM for K24.

From Kanyakumari to the mighty Karakoram, 5,000 km of consistency, pain, patience, and pure determination.
And it took 86 days. 2 hours.
Today, I proudly become the first human ever to run from Kanyakumari to Karakoram.
This was never just a run. It was my tribute to our brave soldiers, and to everyone who believed in me when the road felt impossible.

It’s day 81 and the Mighty ChangLa Pass is next today.
Have to run on 17586 ft. Weather is not what you expect for running across this high pass.
