AI is flawed and gives unreliable information. It requires verification.
A grandmother from Tennessee spent 6 months in jail because a Fargo cop named Lucas Heck failed to do his due diligence.
I hope there are many more lawsuits like this in the future.
Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jaeson Smith is the one who chose not to charge Trenton Garner over the shooting of mini donkey HeeHaw.
In the report, he wrote "all three officers in the pasture developed an immediate perception of danger".
So, three cops trespass onto private property, shoot and kill a harmless baby donkey, and then the DA protects the cops. Disappointed but not shocked.
Oh, and this DA also wrote "I am aware of multiple threats of violence and death toward individuals directly involved in this incident..All threats have been and will continue to be taken seriously. Multiple threats arising from this incident have been referred to the United States Department of Justice and the United States Attorney’s Office for investigation and prosecution".
So he has no problem prosecuting people who use threatening words, but he refuses to prosecute the ones who actually commit violence.
Pathetic all around.
🚨BREAKING: Georgia police officer will NOT FACE CHARGES after tasing and shooting a friendly miniature donkey to death
Trenton Garner, 24, was helping search for a missing 12-year-old girl when he and other officers entered a pasture at Elsberry Farm in Cedartown
The officers encountered several horses before a one-year-old miniature donkey named HeeHaw approached them
Garner claimed the donkey charged at the officers, prompting a K-9 handler to use a Taser
When that failed to stop the animal, Garner pulled out his handgun and shot HeeHaw, who ran up a hill before collapsing
Garner said he fired to protect himself, another officer and the police dogs
HeeHaw's owner, Hannah Israel, maintains the shooting was unjustified and is pursuing a civil lawsuit against the officer

Well here you go. I touched on it all on my show yesterday but I can’t do it like her.
Hopefully this wakes people up. Hopefully this gets everyone to realize why I got so spooked about Candace and Barons actions following the Shawn Ryan incident.
IMO This is what they’re covering for. Lots of people have started to see it after their behavior. BTW. Their behavior is the evidence.
You be the judge. Are you concerned like me now?
Ismael Ozanne, the DA of Dane County, is punishing the brave souls who rescued thousands of beagles from the Ridglan torture factory.
The people behind Ridglan Farms and Marshall BioResources should be on trial, not these heroes.
This is shameful.

Judge Amir Ali can dismiss this case, and end this nightmare for Brian Cole Jr.
The prosecutors Jocelyn Ballantine and Charles R. Jones can too.
Everyone knows the FBI is crooked, but you're the ones with the law degrees and reputations for being "professional".
318 days in jail for Cole Jr.
This looks awful for you and history will not be kind to your name.
Do they think some kind of incriminating evidence is going to magically appear the longer they wait?
🚨BREAKING Exclusive🚨 - Never-before-seen Capitol CCTV video reveals that Brian Cole Jr. could not have been the J6 pipe b*mber. He is seen walking on the northwest side of the Capitol at EXACTLY THE SAME TIME as the real suspect was distributing devices on the southeast side of the Capitol. 🚨A New Orleans cop made “KISSY NOISES” to check a family’s yard for dogs... then fired THREE SHOTS into a 16-WEEK-OLD PUPPY who ran up to him WAGGING HIS TAIL...
...and even though a JURY found he VIOLATED that family’s rights, he got QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!!!!
Yes, you read that right.
A jury said what he did was unreasonable, and he still walked.
The puppies name was Apollo, he was a 16-week-old rescue puppy.
On April 10th, 2021, neighbors called police over an argument at Derek Brown and Julia Barecki-Brown’s home.
Officer Derrick Burmaster showed up, in his own words, he made “kissy noises” to see if there was a dog behind the fence.
When he heard a bark, he DREW HIS GUN.
His partner tapped him on the shoulder to signal they should leave the yard. The partner walked back out the gate.
Burmaster stayed, Apollo ran toward him and according to the court record, Apollo never barked, growled, jumped, bared his teeth, or lunged.
Burmaster covered his crotch with one hand and fired THREE TIMES with the other.
Julia ran out screaming, “How could you sh00t a puppy?”
Apollo D*ED in his family’s arms.
...this wasn’t the first time he did it either
Police records show Burmaster fatally SH0T another dog back in 2012.
NOPD’s own investigators said Apollo posed NO threat.
They noted he never considered his Taser or just not sh00ting the dog.
Multiple internal reviews called the shooting “UNJUSTIFIED.”
Then the family sued... and in July 2023, department leadership CLEARED HIM of wrongdoing.
In June 2025, a federal jury found he acted in an “objectively unreasonable manner" and that same jury handed him QUALIFIED IMMUNITY.
The family appealed.
On July 14th of 2026, the Fifth Circuit AFFIRMED it.
The bodycam footage CLEARLY shows this was unjustified...
WHAT ARE WE DOING HERE?!!!!!!

💔 A cop lured dogs out with KISSY noises, then SHOT a 16-week-old puppy.
His name was Apollo. A 16-week-old Catahoula. 22 pounds of PURE wiggle.
April 2021. Officer Derrick Burmaster shows up on a disturbance call at the family's home. Before he ever sees a dog, his gun is already DRAWN.
His partner taps him to go. Holds the gate OPEN for him.
He stays.
Apollo comes running, tail wagging. Burmaster has a taser right there. He fires his gun three times instead.
Apollo DIED in his family's arms.
It was Burmaster's SECOND dead dog. His own department's review board called it UNJUSTIFIED.
A jury agreed he VIOLATED that family's rights. Then he walked on qualified IMMUNITY. This July, an appeals court upheld it.
A baby dog. A partner trying to get him to LEAVE. And NOBODY pays.
How is that JUSTICE?

This is one of the biggest examples of a dangerous false allegation against men being amplified at an industrial scale into national damage when institutions abandon basic standards in order to smear them.
In November 2014, Rolling Stone published “A Rape on Campus,” a 9,000-word article by Sabrina Rubin Erdely centering on a University of Virginia student identified only as Jackie, who claimed that on September 28, 2012, a fellow student named Drew had taken her to a Phi Kappa Psi fraternity house, where 7 men gang-raped her for hours on a shattered glass table as part of an initiation ritual.
The piece portrayed associate dean Nicole Eramo as the chief villain who discouraged police reporting, while casting both the fraternity and the broader campus culture as indifferent or hostile to sexual assault victims. It quickly became one of the magazine’s most-read stories, prompting immediate campus protests, the temporary suspension of all fraternities, and intense national coverage.
The article appeared squarely inside the 2011–2017 period in which the Obama administration’s Dear Colleague letter required universities to use the preponderance-of-the-evidence standard, the lowest standard of proof, in sexual misconduct cases; a period that also saw cases such as that of Francisco Sousa at San Diego State University.
It stands alongside earlier high-profile false allegation cases against men, including the 2006 Duke lacrosse case.
The Reporting Failures:
Sabrina had spent months looking for a “representative” campus-rape story. After contacting a UVA staff member, she was directed to Jackie and conducted her first phone interview in mid-July 2014. Over roughly 6 sessions totaling about 20 hours, Jackie provided a vivid, detailed account. Sabrina came to trust her strongly, treated shifts in the story as consistent with trauma, and along with her editors, accepted Jackie’s account as the centerpiece of the article without performing basic verification.
She never independently contacted the 3 friends whose reactions were quoted in the piece; those quotations came solely through Jackie.
A fact-checker noted that at least one of those friends had not even been interviewed, yet the article proceeded anyway.
Sabrina did not confirm that a Phi Kappa Psi party had occurred on the claimed date (the fraternity later stated it had no such event), nor did she identify or contact Drew. The request for comment sent to the fraternity was so vague and general that it never forced them to confront the specific allegations before publication.
Even when a fact-checker raised concerns about uncontacted alleged assailants and other glaring gaps, editors and fact-checkers deferred to concerns about re-traumatizing Jackie instead of requiring standard corroboration.
The Columbia Journalism Review later described the overall failure as avoidable, spanning reporting, editing, supervision, and fact-checking, and noted confirmation bias alongside the use of pseudonyms that obscured verification gaps. These skipped steps were not neutral oversights; they were the mechanism that allowed an unverified accusation against men to be published as fact.
The Unraveling:
Within days of publication, outside reporters began identifying discrepancies. The Washington Post spoke with the friends Jackie had described and learned that they disputed the published account of the night and had never been contacted by Sabrina. They reported meeting Jackie that night a mile from the fraternity with no visible injuries matching her story. Furthermore, no evidence supported the existence of Drew or the alleged party date.
On December 5, 2014, Rolling Stone posted an editor’s note expressing loss of confidence in Jackie’s account. Phi Kappa Psi issued a detailed public denial the same day. Charlottesville Police, after investigating at the university’s request and interviewing roughly 70 people, informed UVA in January 2015 that they had found no evidence confirming the events described in the article.
On March 23, 2015, they suspended the investigation, confirming there was no substantive basis to support the account published in Rolling Stone.
The Retraction:
On April 5, 2015, the Columbia Journalism Review published its commissioned examination of the article. The report concluded that Rolling Stone had set aside essential reporting practices that, if followed, would likely have led editors to reconsider publishing Jackie’s narrative so prominently, if at all. On that same day, the magazine fully retracted the article.
Sabrina issued a public apology acknowledging that she had not gone far enough to verify the account and that concern for Jackie’s well-being had taken the place of rigorous questioning and factual verification.
The Lawsuits:
Nicole sued Rolling Stone, its parent company Wenner Media, and Sabrina for defamation, alleging the article had cast her as a villain and devastated her professional reputation. In November 2016, a federal jury found all 3 liable under the actual-malice standard on multiple statements, awarding her $3 million ($1 million from the magazine and parent company, and $2 million from Sabrina). The case later settled in April 2017 while the verdict was under challenge.
The Virginia Alpha Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi sued for $25 million and settled in June 2017 for $1.65 million. A separate suit brought by 3 individual former members was dismissed.
Aftermath:
The article had already shaped the national conversation, university policy, and public perception of both the fraternity and the administration long before the contradictions came to light.
Members of Phi Kappa Psi went into hiding for weeks after their house was vandalized with spray paint labeling them rapists and bricks that broke their windows; they booked hotel rooms simply to avoid the protesters, all over accusations that remained completely unproven.
Like the Duke lacrosse case and other cases of false allegations against men, it demonstrated how unverified claims could move rapidly from a private account to institutional and public damage when basic verification was deliberately set aside.
This was not a general journalistic failure that happened to involve men; it was the publication of a false accusation against them, enabled by the abandonment of elementary standards in service of that framing.
The Columbia report established that the failure was entirely avoidable and that standard journalistic steps would likely have prevented the narrative from running in that form.
The settlements closed the civil claims, but the article remains a documented instance in which a major magazine chose to smear men with an unchecked false allegation and only later confronted the consequences.

🚨BREAKING: I got the HeeHaw Shooting bodycam footage. This is the raw footage, as provided by prosecutors. Does this look justified to you?
A Wake County Sheriff's Deputy named Andrew Ramon Deras broke into a home in Raleigh, North Carolina.
He had no warrant, no invitation, no reason to be inside that house.
The family dog, Zelda, began to bark at the intruder.
Andrew Ramon Deras then shot his gun 4 times and killed Zelda.
This type of atrocity should have been met with an immediate firing and jail time.
The exact opposite happened.
The Wake County Sheriff, Willie Rowe, put Andrew Deras back on the job after 2 months PAID leave.
The Wake County District Attorney, Lorrin Freeman, made no comment.
Her successor, Wiley Nickel, made no comment and blocks those who demand accountability.
The North Carolina Attorney General, Jeff Jackson, also refused to condemn this murder.
The mayor of Raleigh, Janet Cowell? Complete silence.
Zero accountability. Zero compassion. Zero empathy.
How does this traumatized family ever find peace again? Their home is supposed to be a safe place that the government and Constitution protect.c
Zelda is their family member and was brutally killed. Where is the justice?
Where is the outrage?
Why has North Carolina just moved on and pretended that everything is fine?
If it can happen to this family, it can happen to anyone.

A few facts about October 7:
- Netanyahu personally warned of impending Hamas attack by his own intel chief AND multiple countries including Egypt and UAE
- IDF repositioned 100 commandos away from Gaza border 2 days before 10/7
- Nova Festival moved to Gaza border 2 days before 10/7
- IDF soldier was ordered to cancel Gaza border patrols an hour before the attack
Will there ever be accountability?!
🤯 Here's a false accusation that perfectly epitomizes the ridiculousness of violent victimhood.
Souad Farress, a UK actress from Game of Thrones, was walking in Waterloo Underground station in London when she passed by a man named Mark.
For some reason, she claimed that he sexually assaulted her when all they did was WALK PAST EACH OTHER. Mark was carrying a newspaper and a bag and did not even break stride as he walked by.
They crossed paths for half a second without even acknowledging each other. This was all captured on CCTV.
Souad Farress also failed to pick out Mark in a police lineup.
Somehow, this made it all the way to a trial, where CPS played an altered version of the CCTV video footage. The prosecutor slowed the video down to half-speed to draw out the time window Souad was near Mark. Even with the tampered evidence, the video clearly showed Souad Faress to be a LIAR.
Mark was found unanimously not guilty, but still endured a ‘year of hell’. This included severe anxiety, social isolation, and reputational harm. When he demanded CPS to apologize for what they did, they refused and never provided an explanation for their horrible actions.
Straight out of a Kafka novel.
