We’ve heard a number of folks complain that deals are getting more competitive and bid up as more buyers enter the market, but our observation has been that multiples in the $1M-$3M segment have been stable. The data below would appear to support that.

We invest exclusively in B2B companies with stable EBITDA >$1M (sweet spot closer to $2M) in old economy (non-tech) industries that have been in business for +10 years and have a diverse base of repeat customers.

SMB and ETA folk know that at the end of the day it is the numbers that matter the most! Searchers and past buyers know that understanding the numbers of a deal is essential to picking the right business, raising the right capital, and managing all of the available funds.
It can be daunting to go down that road alone, which is where @SMB_ash comes in. If you choose to attend the searcher track, we always have panels lined up to help you understand the numbers!
