Most companies are experimenting with AI. Few can show measurable ROI. One of the main issues is the lack of operating evidence: a clear view of how operations actually run and where AI can create value. 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢’𝐬 𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧-𝐚𝐬-𝐚-𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐠𝐚𝐩. Within days, @lampi_ai analyzes authorized context across relevant company data to map how the business operates. It builds digital twins and turns signals into actionable intelligence: → An operating digital twin showing how operations run → A customer twin identifying revenue opportunities → ROI prioritization showing the highest-impact AI opportunities Each opportunity is assessed by return, feasibility, data readiness, and time to value. The strongest opportunities are converted into governed AI agents and deployed inside existing workflows. Every agent operates within defined permissions, approval paths, and ownership rules, with human oversight, traceability, and value measurement built in. Find the value. Deploy the agents. Eu wake up?
Met a German founder this week and asked him if all the stories one reads about the challenges of startups in Germany are exaggerated. "No, they're understated." Proceeded to describe spending a full day having a 90-page investment contract read to him (mandatory under German law; § 13 BeurkG) by a notary that then charged €30,000. That was for his first company. His second company, needless to say, was not incorporated in Germany.

Interesting prediction of David sacks of regulatory capture of the opensource. This would jeopardize the OS ecosystem and innovation
🤖 Made with AI
David Sacks Predicts the Regulatory Capture Playbook to Ban Open Source AI, Step by Step: @DavidSacks: “I got bad news for you, Chamath, an open source ban is coming. They're not going to call it that. They're going to say that we simply have to apply the same standards to open models that we apply to closed ones. Here's how they do it step by step, let me explain how regulatory capture actually works. So first of all, you have to get this regulatory apparatus. Dario wants an FDA for AI, but he doesn't have enough political support for that, so instead they do this Trojan horse of a FINRA for AI. They call it self-regulating, it's not really, but anyway, that gets them off the ground. Now they've created the standard-setting organization. Now they've got pre-release model testing. Then the pressure grows to codify that in law, so that happens next. And then what they do is they say, ‘Look, all these standards need to apply equally to all models.’ But here's the problem with that. Open models and closed models are technologically different. Once you release an open model into the world, you can't roll it back and you can't monitor exactly how people are using it because they run it on their own hardware. Dario says this is what makes open models dangerous. So what they're going to do is they're going to have the standard-setting body say, ‘Well, we have to set the standards for AI safety.’ By the way, Dario and OpenAI, they're going to fund the whole thing. They're going to contribute all the compute. They're going to be behind it. They're going to be the ones coordinating with the government officials because frankly, people in government have no idea how to monitor and control and set standards for AI safety. Technologically, this is way beyond them. So they're going to go to these companies and say, ‘Tell us how to do it.’ And so what will happen is the standards will get set, and then it'll be a very simple matter of fairness to say that the standards need to apply to open as well as closed models. The open models cannot comply in the same way, and gradually they will be shut out of the market.”

The real AI bottleneck just got priced. Bloomberg AI-chip scenario: ~325 GW of global data-center power demand by 2033 (+1,100% from 2025) = equivalent of ~325 large nuclear plants !! US alone takes 207 GW (64%). Already a 63 GW gap vs what grids can actually deliver

60+ A-share companies, most in semiconductor space, just issued business-risk warnings in the past two days. Any single one is noise. 60+ at once, all reading from the same script, is usually a signal. When a sector gets this hot and everyone suddenly rushes to "warn," it's rarely about the companies. This speaks volumes about the tone from above.

OpenAI now just needs to sandbag the next model release So the US doesn't export control them So they gain massive market share It's imperative that all the OAI employees don't vauge hype post their next model release as the greatest thing ever Don't know if they are capable tho
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…
