Initial postgame thoughts: LSU Buckle up, this is gonna be a long one. I don’t want this to get twisted here, that’s a really good Football team that Bama played today. And the way this team was able to walk into Death Valley, look at them dead in the eye, and not blink, tells me everything I need to know about this team I didn’t post about it in the moment because I was saving it for this, this is the first time this year that I thought this team had that killer instinct. They smelt blood in the water and stepped on their throats and held it until 0:00’s were on the clock Kane Wommack should not pay for drinks in Tuscaloosa for the rest of his life. If this team wins a championship, build the statue right next to DeBoer’s. What a coach Ryan Grubb, going back to the previous point, smelt blood in the water and went for the jugular. And my God man, that’s what I’ve been waiting for. Luke Metz, Devan Thompkins, and Red Morgan, yall got a fan in me for life. Just an unbelievable effort from everyone, but these guys in particular Keelon Russell really felt like he grew up today. I think about that 3rd and 9 run in the redzone.. Got a little banged up, hobbled off the field, came back the next drive and put his body on the line for the team. That’s the type of play, while it may not have put points on the board, is the difference between a team winning a championship, and not. That’s leadership. All the receivers deserve a shoutout, but for real Ryan Coleman-Williams coming off surgery, and playing the way he did today, that’s legendary type stuff man. Can’t go 14-2 without emptying out Tiger Stadium AGAIN Vanderbilt, you’re next
