This situation feels like an effort to get fanfic banned. By making it high profile, people ordering take downs and DMCAs, it's bringing more and more attention. It wouldn't shock me if this is a deliberate attack on one of the last censorship frre spaces on the internet

Every time an AO3-scraped site pops up and everyone starts issuing DMCAs or using the site’s forms to take their work down, I just rip my hair out.
Do not ever do this. It is almost ALWAYS an attempt to prey on your emotions to get your email or other data. Report to OTW and let them handle it.
OTW is on the case now, as it happens. Just breathe.
No amount of Google Drive scraping in such a short timespan would give them access to this many fics its way more likely that they are using data from that big scrape that happened last year
