Ok, it might be over folks. Anthropic revenue disclosure maps to ~5.8b in September revenue or 70b ARR which means August / September only increased by 2-3b ARR in each month. [There is no way that ARR is calculated using last day of the month as that would be more aggressive than anything I've ever seen out of companies this size (exception: Musk).] Worst monthly numbers by far this year. (Maybe some self-infliction from cleaning up distillation?). My rough math indicates OAI / ANT ARR monthly add softened from 16b in July to 10b in Aug to 9b in Sept. That is no bueno... Supportive of the view that either CAPEX is getting cut or pricing is going to weaken substantially.

Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar just disclosed a massive wave of stock sales. And there's an interesting pattern. She's trimming banks, insurance, aerospace, and defense stocks, including $GS, $C, $CB, $BA, and $GE. Meanwhile, she's buying $SNOW, $OKTA, $META, and $CVX. She also sold renewable energy company $BEP while buying oil giant Chevron. The interesting part? She sits on the House Financial Services and Foreign Affairs Committees. Not exactly a clean sector rotation, but a noticeable shift in portfolio exposure. Most of the selling happened on September 24, suggesting a broader portfolio rebalance rather than isolated trades.
Rep. Maria Elvira Salazar, a Republican representing Florida's 27th Congressional District, disclosed multiple stock transactions in her latest financial disclosure, filed October 7, 2026. The transactions include purchases and sales involving companies operating in sectors relevant to her committee assignments. Stocks Bought $CVX (Chevron Corporation) – Purchased on 09/02/2026 $META (Meta Platforms, Inc.) – Purchased on 09/22/2026 $OKTA (Okta, Inc.) – Purchased on 09/04/2026 $SNOW (Snowflake Inc.) – Purchased on 09/04/2026 Stocks Sold $BRK.B (Berkshire Hathaway Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $BA (The Boeing Company) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $BEP (Brookfield Renewable Partners L.P.) – Sold (full) on 09/24/2026 $CB (Chubb Limited) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $C (Citigroup Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $GS (The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $CSCO (Cisco Systems, Inc.) – Sold (partial and full, across accounts) on 09/08/2026 and 09/24/2026 $DDOG (Datadog, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $GE (GE Aerospace) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $HONA (Honeywell Aerospace Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $HON (Honeywell International Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $IBM (International Business Machines Corporation) – Sold (full) on 09/04/2026 $MRVL (Marvell Technology, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $META (Meta Platforms, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $MSFT (Microsoft Corporation) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $OKTA (Okta, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $CRM (Salesforce, Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $SNOW (Snowflake Inc.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 $SPCX (Space Exploration Technologies Corp.) – Sold (partial) on 09/24/2026 Context Rep. Salazar serves on the House Financial Services Committee and House Foreign Affairs Committee. Her transactions overlap with several sectors relevant to these assignments: Financial Services: Sales of $BRK.B, $CB, $C, and $GS are directly tied at the sector level to her Financial Services Committee work, particularly its Capital Markets and Housing and Insurance subcommittees. Aerospace and Defense: Sales of $BA, $GE, $HONA, $HON, and $SPCX involve companies with international aerospace, defense, and national security operations, directly overlapping with Foreign Affairs Committee policy areas. Energy: The purchase of $CVX and sale of $BEP involve international energy businesses, connecting these transactions to foreign economic relations and energy security policy. Technology and Cybersecurity: Purchases of $OKTA, $SNOW, and $META, alongside sales of several enterprise technology companies, intersect with financial-sector cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and international technology policy. These are sectoral connections, not evidence that committee work motivated the transactions. Disclaimer AI-generated analysis. Verify all information manually.

And while we’re on Pelosi’s trades… $INTC is up 32%, and her $BE purchase is now up 63%. That’s before counting the 200 call options. Maybe we’re all overthinking this investing thing.
Pelosi’s $INTC trade took a little while to get going. She bought Intel on July 24 at around $92. The stock stayed relatively flat, and when she disclosed the purchase, you could still buy below her entry price. Now $INTC is above $120. Since her purchase: +32% If you bought on disclosure day, you’d be up over 35%.

Franklin isn’t the only member of Congress buying the $ACN recovery. Rep. Gilbert Cisneros bought in July. He’s already up nearly 28%. Rep. Ro Khanna followed in August. He’s up around 3%. Both sit on committees dealing with government technology, defense, or federal contracting, while Accenture has a substantial federal government business. Apparently Congress likes the $ACN dip.
Rep. Scott Franklin is buying the $ACN comeback. He bought Accenture twice on August 26 at around $181. The stock had already rallied roughly 50% from its June lows, but was still nearly 50% below its highs. Franklin sits on the House Appropriations Committee, which oversees federal spending. Accenture is a major federal government contractor. Buying the recovery, or chasing it?

This one deserves more attention. A +49% congressional trade in a company that works with the same department his committee oversees.
Rep. Michael McCaul bought $HURN on May 28. Since then: +49% Huron works with the Department of Homeland Security. McCaul sits on the House Homeland Security Committee. Hell of a coincidence. 👀

Well, the +60% didn’t last. $PANW dropped after earnings, trimming Gottheimer’s return. Still comfortably in the green though. Even congressional portfolios have red days.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer bought $PANW on May 14. Since then: +60% Palo Alto Networks is one of the world’s largest cybersecurity companies. Gottheimer sits on the House Intelligence Committee’s NSA and Cyber Subcommittee. +60% on a stock directly in your committee’s lane...

And guess what? $BE is up another 8% today. Pelosi’s late-July Bloom Energy bet just keeps getting better.
Remember Nancy Pelosi’s massive $BE bet? She bought 15,000 shares & 200 call options in late July. Her July 28 share purchase alone is already up 25%+ in just over a month. And she has those $100 calls sitting on top of it. Another Pelosi trade wasting absolutely no time.

Another congressional trade with some interesting timing. Rep. April McClain Delaney bought $ENTG on July 30 at around $117. 5 days later, Entegris reported earnings and beat its own guidance across all key metrics. Since her trade: +15% Entegris is a key semiconductor supplier. Delaney sits on the House Science, Space & Technology Committee, including its Research & Technology Subcommittee. Not a bad five-day lead into earnings. 👀

McClain Delaney's committee assignments: $ENTG (Entegris) is directly tied to her work on the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, particularly the Research and Technology Subcommittee, given the company's role in semiconductor manufacturing materials. $BWXT (BWX Technologies) is directly tied to her work on the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, as the company is heavily involved in advanced nuclear technology and government research programs. $CPAY (Corpay) is directly tied to her work on the House Agriculture Committee's Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development Subcommittee, as it operates in financial services and payment technologies. $CHRW (C.H. Robinson Worldwide) is directly tied to her work on the House Agriculture Committee, given its major role in agricultural and food logistics. $TSCO (Tractor Supply) is directly tied to her work on the House Agriculture Committee, as the company serves the agricultural and rural markets.
