One of the reasons I moved from British Gas was because of the less than stellar customer support. Another reason I moved to EDF was that getting a Smart Meter would not be a problem.
So can you tell me what on earth is going on? Why is it seemingly impossible for me to get an appointment to get a smart meter? Lets make a deal, you repay me every single penny I spend on gas and electricity until you install both meters?

Directive Utilities 2.3.0 is out.
