They need to do something, the situation is critical. Housing costs are rediculous. And now that the federal reserve increased the interest rates it is even harder for first time buyers to afford it. We don't want appartment living to become the norm. Kids need a yard to play in, you can have a flower garden and cook out. These are some of the benefits of home ownership.
If you really want to help housing, lower interest, rates, and inflation. @POTUS @realDonaldTrump obviously has no plan other than shiny headlines; no substitute for actual results.
