⚖️ FORMER POLICE SCOTLAND OFFICER JAILED FOR 7 YEARS AFTER FILMING HIMSELF RAPING WOMAN
Derek McNee, a former Police Scotland officer, has been jailed for seven years after drugging a woman and raping her while she was incapable of consenting.
Four recordings recovered from his mobile phone showed the abuse. One lasted 35 minutes, with the victim audibly objecting. In another, she was completely unresponsive.
McNee later sent her footage of the attacks, which she told him to delete.
He also admitted harassing another woman over four years, including obtaining her new phone number and contacting her almost 30 times in just two days after she changed it to escape him.
A search of his car also uncovered a stun gun.
McNee had previously escaped prison in 2021 for abusive conduct against another young woman, involving assaults, death threats and destroying her designer jacket.
He served as a police officer for seven years before leaving the force in 2016.
He will also face 18 months of monitoring following release, has been placed on the Sex Offenders' Register indefinitely and received indefinite orders prohibiting contact with or approaching either victim.

PLEASE BE CLEAR:
❌Poking a broom or stick under the bonfire will do nothing - even if you actually hit the hiding hedgehog and hurt her, she will NOT run.
Hedgehogs DO NOT have the flight or fight reflex that humans and other animals have. Their response to threat and danger, and even pain, is to curl into a ball and stay put, and wait for the danger to pass.
❌A hiding hedgehog will NOT hiss, or make any sound at all! They are a prey animal, you are a predator - they will NOT alert a predator to their presence, they will stay silent.
❌Lighting the bonfire from one side will NOT WORK. Their response to danger is to STAY PUT AND CURL INTO A PROTECTIVE BALL. They won't come running out. As the heat comes closer and the smoke fills her lungs, a hiding hedgehog will just curl tighter.
Whoever wrote these 'tips' does not understand the nature of a hedgehog.
THEY DO NOT RUN FROM DANGER.
Broadcasting this total nonsense is spreading a false sense of security and is potentially extremely harmful.
The only safe bonfire is one that is built or moved ON THE DAY IT IS LIT.
Moving a bonfire takes less time than you'd think.
There are lots of late-born baby hedgehogs around right now, who would see a bonfire as a safe place to nest.

12-year-old Lola Daviet was r*ped, tortured, and beheaded in Paris by an Algerian migrant woman.
Dahbia Benkired, a 27-year-old Algerian migrant, "vaginally and anally penetrated" 12-year-old Lola Daviet while she was still alive.
Benkired also forced Lola to perform sex acts on her, then slammed her head against a shower wall.
Images shown during a court hearing showed visible traumatic injuries on her genitals. She also suffered 38 cut wounds on her back and neck before dying from asphyxia, due to being bound with duct tape.
Lola's body was later found in a suitcase near her family home.
Evidence later revealed a possible motive linked to North African folklore about "Zuhri" children.
Zuhri children are described to have traits like blonde hair and blue eyes, believed to hold supernatural powers for locating buried treasures.

After her murder, Lola’s father drank himself to death.
"He drank from morning to night" and "died of grief" in February of 2024, devastated by "his demons", Lola's mother said.
Benkired was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of seeking early release for at least 30 years, becoming the first woman in France to receive this sentence.

A doctor who killed a mother-of-three after botching a routine procedure has been jailed FOR JUST 3 YEARS.
Dr Mamman, who was 81 at the time had already been suspended for lying about his age.
He was sacked but then re-employed by the hospital, where he was responsible for a series of critical incidents.
Three years before Mrs Parveen died, Mamman had performed the same procedure on a 64-year- old man who suffered a cardiac arrest, he survived but was left permanently disabled.

The court heard that ONE MILLION photos and videos 'cataloguing' the husband's depraved abuse were found on his phone.
As well as "almost a script" - "like a confession booth" - of the husband's offending and the nine men on trial in encrypted chat groups.
They opened by playing some of the horrific videos to the jurers, who had been warned of the upsetting evidence.
The husband and four of the 13 men have admitted all charges.
The nine men on trial deny all charges and the trial is set to continue for three months.
It is unimaginable what this woman is having to endure. These 12 weeks will feel like never ending nightmare. I hope she remembers that the shame is not hers - it lies solely with these despicable perpetrators.

China still lacks a comprehensive national law against animal cruelty. Deliberately torturing a dog or cat is not, by itself, a criminal offense under national law. As a result, perpetrators of horrific abuse can escape punishment.
🐕 Wang Wang, a mother dog, was brutally killed and reportedly burned alive in June 2026. Her three puppies were murdered alongside her.
🐈 Fireball (Miiko), a kitten just two months old, was reportedly tortured and skinned alive. Her suffering was filmed and circulated online.
These are just two stories among countless victims of animal cruelty. The true scale of the suffering is unknown.
And without meaningful legal protections, many perpetrators face little or no accountability.
If you’re considering visiting China, I ask you to think about this before booking your trip.
Tourism brings billions of dollars into China’s economy every year. Where we choose to spend our money is a personal decision, but it’s worth considering the values and practices we’re willing to overlook.
China has made extraordinary progress in so many areas. Yet its most vulnerable animals remain without basic protections against deliberate cruelty.

🚨 TWO Afghan migrants are in court on 20 CHARGES after being accused of raping a 14 YEAR OLD GIRL on a train from Kent to London.
Baryalai Rahimi, 25, and Mirebadurahman Sadat, 29, both deny all charges; one claiming that the encounters were consensual with the girl telling them she was 17, and the other also denying any wrongdoing.
Inner London Crown Court heard that Rahimi allegedly raped the girl 3 times in the train toilets despite her repeated refusals, while Sadat allegedly sexually assaulted her twice.
Prosecutors said the pair targeted the girl because she was alone and vulnerable. DNA matching Rahimi was reportedly recovered from the toilets and the girl's clothing.
The trial continues and is expected to last three weeks.

James Edwards subjected his partner to a sustained campaign of violence, intimidation and threats to kill - before being jailed for two years and four months.
Edwards, of Copper Beech Close, Broughton, admitted 11 offences at Mold Crown Court, including two counts of ABH, five assaults by beating and two threats to kill.
His abuse included punching his partner in the face, spitting at her and forcing his fingers down her throat, causing an infected haematoma.
He repeatedly threatened to beat her and became controlling over her movements.
After accusing her of being with other men when she visited the Mill Tavern in Flint, he threatened to kill her.
He also threatened to kill a relative and smash their window with a brick.
Edwards, who already had previous convictions including an earlier assault on the same woman, also attacked PC Stephanie Taylor, squeezing her fingers so hard that he caused a cut.
The judge described the offending as a campaign of domestic abuse and firmly rejected attempts to portray the relationship as merely “toxic”, making clear that the victim's behaviour did not justify Edwards' violence.
He was sentenced to two years and four months in prison and warned that further violence could result in increasingly lengthy sentences and potentially a finding of dangerousness.
