ActionSA is for mass deportation of all illegal migrants. We will daily hold @HomeAffairsSA accountable to carry their duties as enshrined in our Constitution. We are not going to hide under legislation as if we, South Africans do not have rights.
Given an opportunity and mandate, I am going to establish a special Unit within @JoburgMPD, working with @SAPoliceService and @CommonsHomeAffs to deal with this threat. We will also get the Department of Labour to get involved.
Municipalities have an obligation to protect its citizens.

Bopha Foundation has announced that it will initiate legal proceedings against the IEC this Friday - demanding for the deregistration of ActionSA.
The foundation asserts that ASA is not in compliance with its governing constitution.
The NPO states that internal democratic procedures have been bypassed.
