Ask for a raise and get paid what your worth…especially in this time of COVID labor shortages. My brother negotiated a raise and looking out at the next 20+ years means hundreds of thousands of dollars extra 💰

30 months ago, I was underpaid. Way underpaid. I negotiated higher. And my net worth is ~$67,000 higher today than it would have been without that negotiation. That's years of earlier retirement. YEARS! And it will compound *forever.* Get paid what you're worth!
