BREAKING: European Union Grants €6.5M for Multi-Site Psilocybin Study in Palliative Patients
The 100-patient study - which includes those with COPD, atypical Parkinsonism, ALS and MS - is expected to commence in January 2025.

Big result here. Baseline expectancy for efficacy of psilocybin-therapy in depression was NOT predictive of actual response to psilocybin therapy. Conversely, expectancy for the SSRI DID predict response to the SSRI.
Wonderful to have been a part of this new study 🔭 finding evidence of expectancy predicting dep response in the Escitalopram tx arm, but *Not* the Psilocybin Therapy arm
