This is a stunning admission. Wow.
“I no longer feel proud to be Israeli… We are occupiers, yes… wait, i thought we were on commercial break!”
Amazing — Israeli actress Chelli Goldenberg accidentally tells the truth when she doesn’t realize she’s live on the air. (H/T @MintPressNews)

yep all of this
To rush from 4 to 24 in a handful of years is crazy.
To do so when the polling for such a move was consistently around 90-10 is insane.
The TV money is apparently close to flat for making this move.
Fans will keep watching, but where this catches up with the sport is attendance.
Most of the fans of the teams on the bubble simply won't believe that at 6-3, they have a chance at the title despite being on that bubble. The idea of more tickets being sold because of the expanded playoff is detached from reality. Bloated conferences with random opponents. Bad weather. Bad kickoff times. Higher prices that price out familes and the next generation of fans.
Meanwhile, the fans of teams with stadiums that reliably are over 80k and are 6-0, 8-1, etc, and are seeing their % of making the new playoff predicted at 95-99% are just going to stay home, especially against lesser opponents.
This is so predictable. Chasing the smallest of bumps in TV money is creating an attendance, parking, and concessions revenue hole, all while pissing off 90% of fans who simply think this is stupid and unnecessary.
When 90% of your fans and customers are vocal about something, you don't need a MBA or be a rocket scientist to maybe just slow things down and "ask what the fuck are we doing here and why?"

ICE has detained at least three college basketball players in recent weeks. 6-foot-9 Chinese forward Qingfang Pang has been in ICE custody in Monroe, Louisiana since late last month frontofficesports.com/articl…
I will say, after years of being promised a lot of things from the TE room, it’s so much fun seeing it actually being a big part of the offense. UK football is growing up. #BBN
Then those POS wannabe cops just left him laying in the street, obviously in need of medical attention. WTAF is going on?

This, every word of it. The nonstop ads for this bill are crazy enough. All game long I have to watch Prime and Saban tout this anti player bill. I don’t need Cruz or Schumer or any other member of congress lobbying for this damn bill for 10 minutes with no rebuttal.
You all love a good false equivalency. Governor Shapiro wasn’t on GameDay to lobby for legislation. He was on GameDay because the show hadn’t been to Pittsburgh in 30 years and he was there to talk about the city and football.
Secondly: I don’t have an issue with Ted Cruz being on GameDay. I have an issue with the brazen way the network’s signature college football show is lobbying for a bill without at all addressing how this bill completely undermines college players. If you’re going to have an honest conversation about the bill, then an opposing side should be invited to the conversation.
This bill has been developed with no real input from CURRENT players. The NCAA and its power brokers have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars lobbying Congress because they are trying to avoid the consequences of decades of greed and exploitation.
The NCAA is selling the narrative they need help because college football is in chaos. They don’t need help. They need to negotiate.
WITH. THE. PLAYERS.
