Great news for Bury St Edmunds at PMQs today! 🚉
I raised the long-awaited Haughley Junction upgrade with the First Secretary of State, who confirmed it's being considered for future funding and that the Transport Secretary is happy to meet me to discuss this crucial infrastructure project.
A really positive step towards direct trains between Bury St Edmunds and London.
