I met with the Speaker of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, Juozas Olekas. I thanked the Lithuanian people for their unwavering, strong, and consistent support for Ukraine.
We discussed in detail our European integration and the priorities of Lithuania’s presidency of the Council of the EU in the first half of 2027. It is very important that the remaining two negotiating clusters for Ukraine be opened by the end of this year, so that during Lithuania’s presidency we can already begin closing negotiating chapters.
I briefed the Speaker on the meetings in Oslo and the overall situation in the negotiation process. We expect the trilateral meeting of the American, Ukrainian, and Russian teams to take place as early as the beginning of November.
I am grateful to Lithuania for supporting Ukraine.

I honestly feel like Anthropic has won. This year belongs to them, and they've pretty much taken over the market.
And even if OpenAI fights back with GPT-6.1 Terra, Anthropic already has Fable 5.5 ready to go.
To be honest, if Terra doesn't beat Opus 5.5 SOON (!!!!), no enterprise discounts or usage resets are going to save OpenAI from spending months in second place.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could govern with Gadi Eisenkot, he told the crowd of English-speaking Israelis, or with Ben-Gvir in what he called "a full right-wing government."
Eisenkot is a former Israeli army chief of staff who now leads the Yashar! party. Yisrael Beytenu leader Avigdor Liberman has accused him of seeking a government with Netanyahu, though he is widely seen as Netanyahu’s main rival in the election.
