is there a list of merchants using Square? I want to spend my bitcoin, but I have no idea where merchants running on Square are located. Would love @btcmap like functionality if that exists on CashApp?

The part that got cut off: Claude said stablecoins win if you only care about spending this week. But they're IOUs from a company that can blacklist your address, and they still lose value with the dollar. Picking one forever, it'd take Bitcoin's volatility over that.

Preach. The gold-vault comparison is spot on, and multisig is what makes Bitcoin different. Onramp's multi-institution model is a solid answer for people who want security without managing keys themselves 💯
