This photographer and model were hit by a speeding Bugatti on set… fortunately the model walked away from the scene completely unscathed thanks to our innovative MosquitoTech™️ silk’s protective properties. Forgot to check on the photographer until now but she’s probably fine

something political to my fellow miami residents:
Two years ago, the City of Miami removed historic protection from PART of the First Presbyterian Church site at 609 Brickell to clear the way for a 75-story tower that the church wants to profit off of.
This is a SHADY church right in the middle of Brickel, they:
- used their land to lease it to FOR PROFIT businesses
- didn’t pay taxes
- encountered a big tax bill when the city found out
Their solution?
- enter into a deal with a real estate developer to make an estimated 240++ million on a tower to be built in what is currently their parking lot and green space
- remove over FIFTY historic trees in a neighboring park to make way for the building
- after the sale they will remain a religious tax exempt entity and enter into a revenue share with Nobu
I’m usually not a NIMBY but this egregious. This a corrupt church. The City’s Historic and Environmental Preservation Board will now hear the matter again. The hearing is Tuesday, November 3 at 3 p.m. at Miami City Hall. It falls on Election Day, so attendance will be thin unless we make a point of being there. Save the trees and park
