🚨And that is only personal income tax. Now add the VAT you pay and the substantial tax component included in fuel prices. Then you still have to pay for private healthcare because public healthcare is dysfunctional, and private security for those living in security estates because crime is out of control.

So let's get it straight.
You announce mass vaccination.
You promised vaccines for 3 months.
You threaten farmers.
You still do a shipment of Sat 1&2 strains to areas with Sat 3 outbreaks.
Then you dump on farmers an application form for their animals to get vaccinated.
Why have you not started the application form 2 months ago?
Then you tell those same farmers if we vaccinate your cattle with Sat 1&2 and you get Sat 3 in KZN an EC don't come running to us and complain because you did not read the fine print.
Are you playing for time here? Or are you just a seriously incompetent fool? Or is it both?
