What if becoming Prime Minister of Canada was just a stepping stone to Mark Carney’s NEXT job? 🇨🇦🇪🇺 Could Canada’s sudden EU pivot have implications beyond trade and Donald Trump? And what exactly would this unprecedented partnership allow? While there’s no evidence Carney is seeking Ursula’s position, the timing and many coincidences certainly raise some fascinating questions.

Wonderful job, Mr. Carney. Truly impressive. By the first quarter of 2026, real GDP growth since Q1 2025 looked like this: USA: +2.7% Australia: +2.5% OECD average: +1.7% Canada: −0.1% Dead last among the economies shown. We were promised economic competence, investment, productivity and prosperity. Instead, Canada spent a year falling further behind its peers. Yes, American tariffs are a problem. But Canada’s weak productivity, regulatory burden and investment climate didn’t begin with Trump. Carney was sold as the man who could fix Canada’s economy. Canadians have every right to judge him by the results rather than the speeches. Turns out, managing an economy is considerably harder than talking about one. 🤡🌎

This demonic goblin, @GretaThunberg, a petulant narcissistic idiot, is a stain on our public conscience. She is an affront to all that is decent in a human being.
She just loves getting attention, huh? I have a request for Greta, move to an Islamic country and see how you like it.

My folks survived the Great Depression, WW2, biz bankruptcy and a dozen recessions while raising 5 kids. But they didn't march in the streets, loot stores, commit arson or throw rocks at cops. Seems this 'cost of living' issue only affects kids who have expensive cell phones. 🙄
If I'm getting this right, the narrative is that "student protesters" are rioting because education and cost-of-living are too expensive... in ten different countries. All it takes is a quick scroll of videos on @X to realize this narrative is completely absurd. It is Antifa allied with North African and Middle Eastern thugs backed by the globosocialist left. They are looting stores, burning buildings, and clashing with police. How does this lower the cost-of-living? It doesn't. But it does make for a great trial run for "color revolutions" should the populist right take back power from socialists flooding Europe with Third Worlders.

McGill’s law school receives roughly 1,500 applications for just 180 spots. It gave one of those spots to a convicted murderer in his mid-60s, who will never pass the good character requirements to practice, and who violated his parole multiple times. theglobeandmail.com/opinion/…

This is where I should remind everyone that a prior Liberal prime minister, Mackenzie King, actually *did* seek a strategic partnership with Nazi Germany despite the rhetoric of its leadership and its repression of the German Jewish population.
This is an important article w insights into Cda’s new foreign policy. If this were the late 1930s, Carney would be developing a strategic partnership w Germany despite the rhetoric of its leadership & the imprisonment & disappearance of thousands of Jews. Because as the PM says, his job is human rights in Cda, not elsewhere. He says “engagement is not approval”. No, but it is acceptance and that’s all the autocrats need. This does not reflect Cdn values. So disappointing.

Carney's goals... "controls all executive functions, often rules by decree, and makes all major policy decisions"
Canada is losing its morality. According to @freedomhouse "Erdoğan controls all executive functions, often rules by decree, and makes all major policy decisions. Since 2016, he has overhauled Turkey’s ministries and agencies, purging tens of thousands of civil servants and replacing them with political loyalists". Thats just the tip of the iceberg. Listen now to my latest conversation with Professor Braun on Canada's cozying up to Erdogan and what it means for the future of our country: agpiworld.com/state-of-affai… @CdnPressNews @CanadaFP @CanadianPM @Canada

A well established restaurant in Oakville can't find a Canadian to manage its restaurant? Symposium Cafe is offering $36.92 an hour and has requested an LMIA to hire a temporary foreign worker. Seriously? Not a single qualified Canadian citizen or permanent resident available? Canadians are struggling to find jobs, yet we're being told employers can't find workers. Something is seriously wrong with this system. How much longer are Canadians supposed to accept this?

British Columbians have just elected a Conservative government led by a premier who was barely known a few weeks ago. The NDP’s attempt to play the “Trump card” in an election called two years early did not work. This is good news for the province, for Alberta and also for Mark Carney. For agriculture and food, the new government’s commitments could bring welcome changes: • More on-farm processing: Modernizing the “50/50” rule could help farmers expand processing, source ingredients from other farms and generate revenue year-round. • Better water access and worker housing: Faster groundwater licensing, more water storage and priority for farmworker housing permits could ease production constraints. • Farmland reforms: Changes to the Agricultural Land Reserve and farm-class revenue thresholds, alongside a target of reducing reliance on imported food by 10% by 2030. Protecting productive farmland must remain central. • Stronger aquaculture support: Working with Ottawa to permit responsible aquaculture where evidence demonstrates no harm to wild salmon. • Tax relief on Canadian alcohol: Removing PST on Canadian beer, wine and spirits for the duration of the U.S. trade war. These commitments offer a promising direction. The real test will be whether they translate into more investment, stronger farms, greater processing capacity and, ultimately, more affordable food.

The only things Canada (under Carney) & Turkey share are elected leaders who abuse their power and demonizing of the globe's lone Jewish state. Oh and Muslim values of course
Farcical and indefensible. Canada and Türkiye are NATO allies, but they are not bound together by “shared values.” Türkiye is governed under an increasingly authoritarian system marked by imprisoned political opponents and journalists, politicized courts, corruption and impunity, and non-compliance with binding judicial rulings. Witness the recent arrest and detention of Istanbul Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, President Erdoğan’s principal political rival, followed by hundreds of arrests and prosecutions of students, protesters, and journalists who objected. That doesn't even count the rampant abuse and discrimination it inflicts against, for example, Kurds and its LGBTQ+ citizens, its activities in Cyprus, and its longstanding denial of its mass genocide of Armenians in the early 20th century. A government that jails opposition leaders, detains reporters covering protests, restricts assembly, and disregards court rulings should in no way be tied to Canada’s history of commitments to human rights, individual liberties, democracy, or the rule of law. If the Prime Minister's intent is for Canada to engage Ankara in trade, NATO coordination, or strategic interests, just say it. But that engagement should in no way be in the language of shared democratic values.

Mark Carney has no problem cozying up to a leader, Erdogan, who denies his country carried out an actual documented genocide but attacks Israel and Netanyahu on an almost weekly basis for a made-up genocide that never happened. The difference? Jews. theglobeandmail.com/politics…

Despite everything, no European country has activated their version of the Emergencies Act. The threshold for that kind of action has not yet been attained.
