YESTERDAY MICHIGAN SECRETARY OF STATE JOCELYN BENSON ASKED THE COURT OF APPEALS TO UNDO THE JUDGE'S TRO IN AN "EMERGENCY APPLICATION." TODAY WE ANSWERED: NOT SO FAST. Read it all for yourself below. Our answer, in one sentence: Benson's emergency application to appeal "asks leave to destroy the evidence while the court decides whether destroying it is lawful." Benson never even asked the trial judge to pause the order first. The reason? It "would not be expedient." Guess what? Michigan's court rules say you can't ask the Court of Appeals for a stay unless the trial court decided one first. It's like math. You can't skip steps. So she's ALSO asking the Court of Appeals to waive the rule for no good reason. What the Judge's TRO costs the Department: ONE memo telling clerks not to delete. What clerks face without the Judge's TRO: a federal law that punishes willfully failing to keep election records with up to a YEAR in federal prison. "The Department's harm is a memorandum. Today the court upheld Kansas's signature verification law for mail ballots, confirming what we've argued all along: matching a voter's signature is a basic, common-sense safeguard that protects the integrity of every legitimate vote.

There is a very disturbing trend being seen in early voting. Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio are reporting difficulties getting the machines to accept democratic votes. The machines change them back to Republican unless the voter persists, pressing several times to get the correct vote to go through. Check your machine, check to see that it accepted the correct vote. Make sure your voice counts.

Dominion Voting Systems internal emails EXPOSE communications with China-connected Taiwanese EMS companies to "pre" and re-program motherboards and other equipment in U.S. electronic voting machines. The email includes one of Dominion's Hardware Architects, Nebojsa Cirovic, other Dominion employees and 3 different companies, including Eversun Electonic Comapny, Avalue Technology, and Flextronics. Eversun is a Taiwanese EMS, electronics manufacturing services, company founded in 1994, based in Kaohsiung. It specializes in industrial PC, automotive, and medical board assembly/testing. The emails focus on programming a new boot flash preprogrammed part for ICE motherboards, providing flash image files, testing procedures, labels, DDR2 module changes, and related ECO updates. Avalue Technology is headquartered in Taiwan, New Taipei City. It is a public Taiwanese industrial computer maker. It has sales/support offices in mainland China, including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, for the local market, plus US and other international offices. Eversun ships products to Avalue's US operations. Avalue held a 60% ownership stake in Eversun at one point. Flextronics, now Flex, is a major global EMS company with extensive manufacturing facilities in mainland China, including Zhuhai, and others, as well as elsewhere. The emails referenced for repairing bad ICE motherboards, which they fixed units twice in 2020 after Dominion depleted its reserves. Dominion, ES&S, and Hart InterCivic ALL admitted to Congress that they use Chinese parts in their machines, but downplayed it to just capacitors and resistors, etc., when we know for a fact that many everyday electronics in America with Chinese parts are sending information back to Chinese servers. During the Georgia 2020 election in a tabulation room, a smart thermostat was found connected to the tabulation machine and reporting those LIVE election results to a server in China. Smart home equipment, eletronics, cameras, even vacuum cleaners and roomba type vacuums were found to be transmitting data back to China. NO other country should be involved in our elections in ANY WAY, SHAPE, or FORM. Especially when it comes to our elections.

This would align perfectly with the other evidence I have seen with digitally injected poll book entries.
