I asked my son to empty the dishwasher, and he replied, "E-word."
Further interrogation revealed that he was told by a teacher that "easy" is a bad word because a problem that is easy for some kids isn't easy for all kids.

I've started asking ChatGPT to write the most unhinged replies to every AI-generated cold email I get, and honestly, it's low-key my favorite part of the day.
I don't edit them. I just send as is every time.

Working at Oculus would have been an utter waste of my time except for one thing.
While I was there, I realized what's wrong with leftists.
Not that they have been programmed, that's obvious. Not why they have been programmed. For power, that's obvious, too.
But how they have been programmed.
The exact method that their moral compass has been destroyed works like this:
Target a bunch of people with very few deeds and accomplishments, such as young people or incompetent people, or incompetent young people.
Create for them an environment where they are rewarded with moral approval, not for what they do, but for believing certain ideas.
The ideas don't have to be outrageous, or absurd, or have anything to do with what you actually need them to believe. In fact, it's better to start with something innocuous.
Why? Because the goal isn't to install those beliefs at all. The goal is to repeat this process until you create a person who measures his moral worth by what he believes, not what he does.
Keep at this until you have created a mass of people who not only reward themselves with a feeling of moral superiority for believing the right things, but who will reward each other for believing orthodox things, and who will compete with each other, not to do the most good, but to have the most orthodox beliefs.
Now, change one of the propositions you have programmed them with to a slightly more radical version of itself, and hold this up as a more correct version of the old belief, which has been newly discovered by scholarly investigations into culture and moral philosophy.
Sit back, watch, and give them a few weeks to compete with each other to adopt the new belief, and to condemn the "evil" of anyone who believes the old belief, the very thing they believed last month.
Repeat this process until they are used to rapidly changing their entire belief system in response to an external cue.
Congratulations, you have a population of entirely programmable people whose moral compass is not just broken, but entirely non-existent.
They don't care what any person in front of them actually does. Only that he believe the orthodox thing, which they just learned about in last week's memo.
They are willing to do anything, so long as it is done in support of their current belief system, which can be replaced whenever it's convenient to do so.
They are willing to burn down an entire city with no qualms whatsoever if they are doing it in support of the idea that black lives matter.
They are willing to murder a man in front of his children, and it doesn't matter if his actions were entirely peaceful and good, because all that matters to them is whether he believes the correct things or not.
And a man who builds cheap spaceflight for the human race, develops viable electric cars to save the environment, restores voices to the voiceless, and plans, for his next trick, to heal the blind... well, all those are deeds, so none of them matter. The only thing that matters is that he told people to vote republican once, which is wrongthink.
So what you have a horde of communist zombies, who can be steered to shuffle in any direction and attack the living, eat their brains, and turn them into more zombies.
Once someone becomes one of the zombies, you can't cure him, because a moral compass can only be repaired by understanding the consequences of actions in a new way... and they don't care about actions or consequences. They only care about beliefs, and not about consequences at all.
Their moral compasses aren't just broken. They are absent. There's nothing to repair.
You have to understand that the zombies are zombies now.

The hardest question for any woman, especially Christian woman, to answer is:
Should a wife obey her husband?
Near zero women give a yes or no answer. It's always conditional.
Do you think "submit to him in everything" means a wife must literal obey every single thing he says to do or not to do, or do you view this as categories, like there are no categories that a wife can simply say "this is off limits to you?"
I am wondering because the Bible says Jesus was tempted in "every way" but I dont think Jesus was tempted by homosexuality specifically but was with sexual sin. Do you know what I mean?
How do you think Paul was using the word "everything" in these cases?

Ohhhhhh so this is why Jews have so thoroughly defamed Thomas Jefferson and made up the lies about him raping slavesโฆ everything makes sense
Hey @grok
Did Thomas Jefferson say this regarding jews:
โJews. Their idea of God and his attributes are degrading and injurious. Their ethics are not only imperfect, but often irreconcilable with the sound dictates of reason and morality; repulsive and anti-social, as respecting other nations.โ

Imagine how hard she came
Evan Rachel Wood reveals that the night she tried to leave Marilyn Manson, he took her upstairs and laid out a prayer kneeler, a violet wand, rope, and a Nazi whip from the Holocaust.
โYou have to let me tie you up. And youโre not going to know if Iโm going to kill you or not and I might.โ
โHe whipped my body. And he whipped the same place over and over and over again so that it would really hurt.โ
โAnd while this is happening in front of me on the TV, he had put on a video of a girl slitting her wrists.โ
โAnd then at one point he grabbed my head and we were looking at the TV at the girl slitting her wrists and he said, โThis is what love does to people.โโ
โHe shocked me on the welts and that is what caused me to jerk so hard in pain that I broke the kneeler in half.โ

If all the Anakin discourse makes you crave a great space opera full of political intrigue, compelling characters, heroes on both sides, and enlightened autocracy against corrupt democratic rule, I could not recommend Legend of the Galactic Heroes more.
But Malfoid why can't we be enemies *looks into the camera*... to lovers?
"You know....tomorrow everything will have to go back to normal" Harry sighed
Draconia didnt say anything, just stared out the window across the lake.
"You'll go back to insulting me and not being able to stand my presence". he turned back to look at her. "Why cant things stay this way? Ever since the dance, its not been the same. You cant even insult me the same anymore."
She rolled over looking at him with her usual sharp gaze.
"You know it cant"
"Why?
"Because in the end your still Harry Potter and I'm... a Malfoy"
"Right..." He said turning his head in defeat. Not able to make sense of it. Why did they have to be enemies?
She turned his head to face her, gently putting her forehead against his. Her sharp gaze softening. "But tomorrow isn't here yet. Lets just stay here a little longer"
"Okay" he said, giving her a small smile.

Apparently, there is a 17 minute stream on books for Roman Catholics considering Orthodox Christianity. I read Deus Caritas Est and got to the part where Pope Benedict XVI said that the Eastern Orthodox Church had all valid sacraments but had a permanent defect because they reject papal authority and realized if you have the Eucharist (Jesus Christ) you canโt be defective. We converted that year.
We're fixing ALL the franchises!
George Lucas didnโt have the balls to tell the actually compelling story here: Padme really was going to die during pregnancy, the Dark Side really is stronger, Anakin becomes a Sith to save her and his children, and he does save them, but after learning of the terrible things heโs done (younglings), she kills herself. Thatโs a story. Shakespearean. Like Hamletโs Ophelia. In that version, Anakin had to become Vader for Luke to be born, so that together they could overthrow the Emperor. Suddenly everything falls into place. Instead Lucas has to tell the boring black-and-white version where Palpatine was just lying and there was actually no point whatsoever in Anakin becoming a Sith and Padme just spontaneously evaporates.

Quick Padme rant now that the prequels are trending again.
One of the things that bothers me most about Padme and also incidentally exemplifies how she really does fit the progressive, longhoused girlfriend meme is her death.
A lot of people simplify her death into "Oh Anakin killed her."
To be clear, he did not kill her.
The movie explicitly states she was physically fine but died of a broken heart.
So this woman has 2 newborn children, but she is so heartbroken over Anakin rejecting the Republic and going to the darkside that she can't even summon the will to live to raise her own babies.
Madness. Insanity. Perfect illustration of the liberal adherence to ideology over family.
