The main reason not to trust Russians, explained by Harry Truman. “Do you trust the Russians?” “No. Period.” “Why?” “Because they broke every agreement they ever made with me.”

It’s worthwhile to think about who might vote “No” on the $TSLA & $SPCX merger, and why, so that we can address those folks specifically to address their concerns. Remember, we need 50%+ of all shares outstanding to vote “for” the merger. I’ll start the list: -Those who are worried that SpaceX could be nationalized (and after a merger Tesla along with it). -South Korean investors due to the fact that a merger means they have to pay taxes on their shares at the point of merger (and they own a decent amount). -Institutions (and retirement funds) who are against Elon’s leadership or consolidated governance risk. -Retailers who don’t understand the SpaceX investment thesis and potential value. -Retailers who won’t accept less than $750+/share premium (or equivalent “ratio” conversion. -Retailers who don’t (or can’t in certain overseas locations or brokerages) vote which automatically count as “No” votes. Others?

United Airlines CEO in new interview on @Starlink: "We were only going to do 65% of our fleet, but once we put it on our first aircraft, I got these anecdotes saying, 'I'm switching to flying regional 'cause it's got Starlink.' Then I was like, 'Holy cow, we gotta go all-in.'"

This @Tesla Model 3 owned by @Drive_Protected is now 3.6% of the way to completing its 1 million km (621,371 mi) goal. It will be driving non-stop for a couple of years till it reaches its goal. Here’s the stats so far after 56 days: • 22,294 total miles driven • 400 mi daily average • 248 Wh/mi • 92% on FSD • 240 Charging Sessions • 16 min avg Supercharging time The point of this test is to showcase how long Teslas can really last with non-stop driving, and charging. This is pretty epic.

🚨 For those who don’t know, Sandy commented on his departure from Munro Live: “I was not retired. I have not retired. I was fired. Four months after I sold the company, I was asked to leave. Well, in Michigan there is something called ‘no cause eviction.’ It simply means we don’t want you around. And that’s exactly what happened.” This was said at X Takeover

I don’t want to post the video. You’ve all seen it. But I do want to write a love letter… Dear everyone in Britain, ( even you illegals) Just so you understand. The poppy is for the boys who never got to grow old. For the boys who were still somebody’s baby, brother, uncle or father. More than 600,000 of them. It doesn’t matter if you support war, hate your country, think you are a woman (even though you are a man). It doesn’t matter which God you pray to, or if you pray to none at all. It doesn’t matter who you vote for, what climate narrative you believe, or whether you believe Israel should exist or not! The poppy isn’t for you! It’s for those who came before. Those who fought for your right to be weird, annoying or even foreign. The poppy is how we say thank you. Thank you for giving us time, peace and choice. And attempting to ban our poppy by declaring it politically divisive isn’t a move towards freedom. It is an act of suppression. Understand that. The poppy is about love and loss. For you! So stick your rainbow flags and every other flag where the sun doesn’t shine and just wear your poppy. Those boys did not die as symbols. They died for you! Did you know that poppies grew across the battlefields where so many fell? As though even the land refused to forget the blood once given to defend it. So the poppy is for them. For those who came before us and paid in youth, in hope, in breath, in blood, so that we might have the freedom to be arseholes. So that we might even have the freedom to fight over the ridiculous, the inconsequential and the insane. Revere it, celebrate it and wear it. The very least you can do is that. Best The ordinary people.

Trump appeared before a large audience and began loudly insulting Norway—labeling the country a "toilet" and a "shitty dump"—because Norway had refused to award him the Nobel Prize. Unless the Americans take the microphone away from him, by the end of his term, Trump will have managed to fall out with every single country on earth—with the exception of Vanuatu; and that only because he cannot pronounce the name. t.me/MirovichMedia/15677

TRUMP: “We didn’t start the war with Iran." LIAR! You illegally started the war on February 28 by assassinating Iran's Supreme Leader without Congressional approval. You even gave it a name: Operation Epic Fury. You said it would take 4–6 weeks. It’s been 8 months. In 8 days, investigations into your war crimes will being.
Trump: "We didn't start the war with Iran. Iran started the war with us."
