Every year, this weekend bunches up several deaths into just one blob of painful remembrance. Not particularly the way I’d ever want it, but such is life.
These are the names I carry with me, in no particular order. I hope you that you, in your browsing, may see this, maybe add a name of your own, and at the very least say a prayer for the repose of their souls.
Thank you.

Oh you’re going to SHOT Show?
Couldn’t tell from the 300 patches adorning your body and luggage, Black Rifles Matter t shirt, Crye Gen 3 pants, gratuitous MOLLE, and the branded AR ballcap.
Very gray man.

Happy 250th birthday, Marines! As always, may your Crayolas be extra crispy and delicious today.
Per hallowed tradition, I’ve once again attached a special message authorized by the Commandant to celebrate the occasion.
Please ensure you’re at parade rest when watching it.

Still the best Glock I’ve ever run, and the only spec I’ll ever run on a 17.

A solid conversation with @SWORD_MILES reminded me of some thoughts about the greatest generation and ours.
