Entergy tried to buy a 22-year-old power plant for six times what it cost in 2024. A plant that needs $300 million worth of work.

🚨 This needs more attention. Poll Watcher in New York City says she was removed before the ballots were sealed. She says election officials kicked out all the poll watchers, even called to have them removed. They would not seal the ballots and wouldn’t close the voting machines “Something very sketchy happened while I was poll watching in the Bronx. I was closing a location, and at first I thought everything was fine. I had checked the numbers, and the number of voters who signed in matched the number of ballots scanned — I was just really pleased and getting ready to go home. And then I noticed something really weird. Which was that all of the poll workers were checking out and going home and the voting machines were still open. They were unlocked, unsealed, and the ballots hadn't been taken out yet. Now, this is very strange. I've been poll watching in New York City since 2021, and I've never seen that happen. The procedure is that every voting machine has a poll worker assigned to it, and at the end of the night, each individual poll worker closes down their voting machine, seals it, and takes the ballots out and seals the ballots. And the ballots and the voting machines were totally unsealed. So I just sat down and waited to see them take the ballots out and seal them. And then the coordinator started getting really like antsy and nervous, and they were like, you're all done, you got your numbers, you can go. And they actually got on the phone and called the deputy chief clerk who told me that I had to leave. And I said, no, I'm a poll watcher. I'm supposed to stay until the ballots are sealed and the police pick them up — They finally took the ballots out of the machine and put them in bags on the floor. And I said, they're not sealed. And then they got the seals out and they put the seals on. I said, can I see the seal numbers? They said no. I said, did you check the seal number on the paperwork and initial it? She said yes. I said, can I see it? She said no” “A guy named Charles, to close down the voting machines by himself. And I said, the voting machines aren't sealed. And he said, I'm sealing them, but he wasn't” This means after all the poll watchers leave, Democrats could easily introduce any additional ballots they wanted to and also change the ballots in there In New York the law says poll watchers are specifically authorized to observe the unlocking, examination and related sealing steps for voting machines and ballot boxes It’s 2020 all over again. This will keep happening because no one ever gets held accountable for stealing our elections We need federal intervention. Everyone involved should be going to prison

BREAKING: One clerk sued. Now a Michigan court has ordered November 3 electronic pollbooks preserved statewide. 1) Sec. of State Jocelyn Benson’s deletion rule is on hold while the case proceeds. 2) Statewide: Benson and her co-defendants must instruct every local election official to retain the November 3 electronic pollbooks. 3) Deletion Rule Paused: The court bars enforcement of Rule 168.48 pending resolution of the case. 4) Election Clerks Started It: Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer brought the lawsuit. With election clerk @SScott4USA being first in challenging Benson head on! 5) And election clerk @ShellyLake13 in another Michigan lawsuit right now batting down the corrupt @JocelynBenson and extremely corrupt Jonathan Brater of the MI Bureau of Elections. 6) The RNC and Michigan Republican Party later joined. 7) The Case Continues: This order requires preservation while the court decides the merits. Election Clerks. Lawsuits. Making a Statewide Impact. source for above: @KevinKijewski @EmeraldRobinson @SternAmerican @TheLastRefuge2 @TheSCIF @realDonaldTrump @AAGDhillon @AGToddBlanche @FBIDirectorKash @SheriffLeaf @RNC @MIGOP
BREAKING: A MICHIGAN COURT JUST ORDERED BENSON TO TELL EVERY CLERK IN THE STATE TO KEEP THE NOVEMBER 3 POLL BOOKS. The Court's words to Jocelyn Benson, Michigan Secretary of State: "Defendants are directed to instruct all local election officials to retain the EPBs from the November 3 General Election." And Benson's deletion rule? "Defendants are precluded from enforcing Rule 168.48 pending the resolution of this matter." Benson's rule: DELETE the poll book files 7 days after the election is certified. Federal law: KEEP election records 22 months. One township clerk asked which law to follow. Nobody answered. So Michelle McQueer sued. In August, the Court protected her file, the ONLY one known to still exist, and barred enforcing the rule against her. Today it extended that protection to EVERY clerk in Michigan, on an additional request from the RNC and Michigan Republican Party, who joined her case this month. Glad to have them in the fight. Along the way, @TheJusticeDept and the @CivilRights division told the Court the Secretary "remains ultimately responsible" for preserving poll book data. And Benson's own data manager swore the list each precinct downloaded for Election Day "need not be uploaded." Reconstruction is not preservation. This isn't the final ruling. But no November poll book gets deleted while the judge decides. That's all one clerk asked for. ONE CLERK. ONE QUESTION. EVERY NOVEMBER POLL BOOK SAVED. The Order: tinyurl.com/PollbookStatewid… McQueer v Benson, Court of Claims No. 26-000172-MZ Let's make Michigan safe, normal, and responsible again! 🇺🇸 @MIGOP @MI_Republicans @Th_Midwesterner @MINewsSource @stevegrubershow @MrJustinBarclay @JonathanTurley @RobGouveiaEsq @downi75 @Mike_Cox @MrAustinPredict @gatewaypundit @honestpollster @mifairelections @dcexaminer @MZHemingway @jsolomonReports @HarmeetKDhillon

The Case Against Electronic Voting Systems The machines in your county cannot prove they counted your ballot correctly. CISA confirmed nine vulnerabilities in the Dominion ImageCast X. Code can be installed. Ballots can be printed without authorization. Logs can self-attest. Certification rules freeze the fixes so the same systems stay in place. These electronic voting systems are still sitting in counties across America. The people who live there have no way to watch the count or verify the result. Neighbors. Parents. Volunteers. The people who show up are the ones who change this. Demand hand-counted paper ballots counted in public in your county. Get the facts. Take them to your local officials. During a LA Public Service Commission hearing, an Entergy executive admits that LA ratepayers may have to pay for the energy buildout for Meta's data center This claim contradicts previous claims that Meta would cover the cost of the new infrastructure Follow @LAFirstStandard

You don't ask your pilot what party they're in. You ask if they know how to fly the plane.

Our utility bills are doubling because career politicians get up to half their money from utilities, then give those utilities whatever they want.

I don't take a cent from utility companies. I'm a licensed chemical engineer, not a career politician. I'm running because I see where our bills are headed, and I don't want my kids paying $1,500 a month to keep the lights on.

This race got a lot of press this week. Verite News dug through the filings: Stephanie Hilferty has taken more than $137,000 from utilities and their executives. I’ve taken zero.

I think this Color Revolution planning has been going on for decades here in the US as well. We saw it surface in 2020 with the George Floyd riots as well as the stolen 2020 Presidential election and the subsequent January 6 "cleanup. We saw it with the lawfare against President Trump and his close associates
🚨Radical USAID actors spent decades on the color revolution playbook overseas. Thanks to the patriotic work of @DataRepublican, we have receipts on their plot to recruit and train federal employees to block the elected mandate. There’s a word for that.

Please keep sharing this video widely. Six days after conclusively revealing that Brian Cole Jr. cannot be the J6 b0mber, it may seem we are being ignored, but I can report that "official Washington" is absolutely VERY aware of this video and its implications. That includes MSM outlets, Congress, DOJ, FBI, etc. @accabbat has updated this to include a couple more of Brian's clothing items with the tags still hanging. On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. (Original thread linked in first comment, with our longer "explainer" video.) ⬇️
