I have created my fundraiser to help offset the costs of the Anaphora Arts Writing Residency that I have been accepted to. I have included a poem that I submitted to as an example of the poetry I've been working on.
I also have other means of donating!

For the KORRA fans who doesn't know we are getting a new trilogy of the LEGEND OF KORRA : THE LONG GAME which was revealed at the NYCC on October 8 👇👇
🚨 THE LEGEND OF KORRA IS GETTING A NEW GRAPHIC NOVEL TRILOGY!
The Legend of Korra: The Long Game has officially been announced, written by none other than Michael Dante DiMartino, with cover art by Alexandria Monik. 🔥
And the details are ALREADY INSANE.
Here's what we know:
• Red Lotus & White Lotus: The story will explore the origins and hidden plans of the Red Lotus, revisiting their attempts to end the Avatar cycle.
• Zaheer: His appearance on the cover, now with grown-out hair and chains, raises some serious questions about his potential involvement.
• Tokuga: The former Triple Threat Triad leader from Turf Wars is returning after escaping into the Spirit World.
• Bolin: Appears wearing a White Lotus uniform, potentially hinting at a new affiliation.
This is the third major Korra graphic novel series after Turf Wars and Ruins of the Empire.
THE KORRA ERA ISN'T DONE WITH US YET. 😭🔥
What I'm most interested in is the connection between the Red Lotus, White Lotus and Zaheer.
I'm really hyped about this, there wasn't much discussions about it especially since SEVEN HAVENS was airing..

i feel like every day we really do get closer to just talking in Cyberpunk 2077 streetslang. like there's not a massive world of difference between a chromed-out gonk getting zeroed and a chudded moid getting kirked

No one has been more immediately vindicated than every progressive who said Democrats could not trust Haley Stevens enough to send her to the Senate.
A complete abandonment of the party in the 11th hour for her own petty vindictiveness.

Nope. Sorry @EA - try again. It's far more expensive to invest in new untested projects than ones that have a history and pedigree. It's like they completely forgot how many years the fans have been waiting for the next #MassEffect. #SaveMassEffect
EA says closing BioWare followed months of review and was "never easy." The #SaveMassEffect petition is nearing 300,000 signatures. What's your favorite Mass Effect game? gamerant.com/bioware-shutdow…
Got a $500 windfall toward this, (outside of the gfm) that will be going straight to it, so now its looking like Ill need just $1900 more! 🥳💪
Im so damn happy right now.

I don't think you, personally, are being disingenuous here, but if you actually look at the discourse, the central focus is ABSOLUTELY on engagement/stats and credit. To say that this is just about "writers wanting community" ignores what people are actually saying.
Sahara retweeted
This is valid. The issue comes in with the *way* a lot of writers go about this. At what point is no longer encouraging engagement and now demanding and being entitled towards it. Writers act like they're doing us a favour instead of it being community building. Like damn.

The whole downloading fanfics off AO3 discourse just exposed the fact a lot of yall think you are so best selling NYT author or are only writing fics for the kudos and not for fun.

I'm telling you the people threatening to delete their fics aren't going to. They're addicted to the attention and are trying to fleece money outta the hobby while they wait for the book deal that will never come
