Ontarians,
Don't be like B.C. where 200,000 people did not vote. Look what they got!!!
Vote in your municipal elections! Ford wants mayors that worship him! If that is not enough reason, nothing is.

That gaslighting ghoul.
Ontarians - we're stuck with these soulless greedy ghouls that we've suffered under for eight long years bc some of you blindly vote Conservative and even more don't bother voting at all.
Not voting IS voting — for these Conservative ghouls!

🟥 If anyone wonders about the difference between a real Prime Minister and someone who will NEVER be, just take a look at these two messages. 👇🏼
The posts show a clear contrast.
It’s clear which one is a highly experienced, unifying and qualified leader, polling at almost 80% favourability...
and which one is a severely unqualified, divisive and clueless character, rightfully polling at an unprecedented 16%.
¾ of Canadians currently think he is a terrible, unqualified choice for PM. 🤷🏻♂️
This country, across party lines and from coast to coast to coast, doesn’t want to be led by a Frat House troll.
Leadership matters. 🇨🇦✅
Abolish the Indian Act. We have nothing to lose but our chains.
We will, of course, need new legislation that is an interface between the Federal government and First Nations. And this MUST be created alongside Chiefs and First Nation governments every step of the way. But it is time to move past the era of this outdated, racist, and patriarchal legislation.
I support Prime Minister Carney’s work to position Canada as a global leader in human rights and democracy. The Indian Act is inconsistent with achieving that vision.
Our laws at home should reflect the values we champion around the world.
It’s time for a relationship with First Nations people that reflects who we are as Canadians today, recognizes nationhood, and lives up to the true nature of reconciliation.

.@CarrieTait thank you for your investigative journalism. Democracy works best when journalists can shine the light on what matters.

Norway is one of the most democratic and prosperous countries on Earth.
Free health care
Free college
Strong democracy
Free press
Trump says “Norway sucks” and is a “shithouse country” because it won’t give him the Nobel Prize.
Insane. We have a mentally unbalanced president.
Exact same playbook (fakeBCLib(harperCons) used when elected. Drop corp taxes?(socialism good when for corps). Doerkson knows zero re Rmd built on silt & Why tunnel(safety) built vs bridge. #bcpoli @bcndp #BCElection2026

So the conservatives will get in, claim provinces finances worse than expected and drop a bunch of so called "promises".
Try and.privatize lots, scrap with FN and fuck everyone, tell them everything is fine. That's the conservative way.
#bcpoli #BCElection2026 result. (Read the other rts) #BCmedia kept @bcndp always in microscope, BC Con big latitude. Repeat 16yrs (fakeBCLib(harperCons)slash healthcare, education, services, cost of living hurts. Good of (nver Libs) G Campbell, Christie Clark to show true colours
The BC Conservatives promise $11.1 billion in tax cuts despite projecting massive deficits. Businesses would receive hundreds of millions in tax exemptions, while ordinary British Columbians could face the consequences if reduced revenue leads to cuts in essential services. #bcpoli #cdnpoli
Imagine your child waiting months for medical treatment because hospitals lack resources. Your child's school losing classroom support. Your rent climbing because affordable housing projects have been delayed. These are the risks families could face if the province struggles to fund public services.
Even more concerning, the Conservatives plan to take $2 billion from BC's $5 billion emergency contingency fund and count it as savings. That money is set aside for unexpected costs, including wildfires, healthcare emergencies and rising demand for essential services.
Imagine a wildfire forcing your family to evacuate. Firefighters need equipment, displaced residents need shelter, and communities need money to rebuild. Reducing emergency reserves doesn't make those costs disappear. It leaves the province with less money set aside to respond.
Or imagine your elderly parent waiting in an overcrowded emergency room while hospitals urgently need additional funding. A smaller contingency fund leaves the government with fewer options to address unexpected pressures without borrowing or cutting elsewhere.
The Conservatives also rely on economic growth far above independent forecasts. If those predictions fail, BC could collect less revenue than expected, forcing difficult choices between additional debt and reduced services.
Economist Jim Stanford estimates their financial assumptions could leave BC with annual deficits exceeding $15 billion.
The tax cuts would take billions out of provincial revenue while leaving less money in emergency reserves. If hospitals need more funding, housing projects fall behind or wildfires strike, British Columbians could face the consequences.
#BCmedia Where's the update re Findlay's 'illegal inducements' investigation into the party of law & order? Or is it 'free pass'? @IanPatonDelta , Roslyn Bird refused, while Reann Gasper sure seemed like one. #bcpoli @CTVVancouver @GlobalBC @CBCNews

CANADA MUST STRIVE FOR MORE FEDERAL POWER & LESS DECENTRALIZATION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THIS SITUATION COULD DESTABILIZE OUR ENTIRE NATION..
It truly disappointing that so few Canadians understand how much power premiers have. And fail to realize how DE-centralized Canada is. Voting federally matters, but the people with the REAL power to destroy or uplift a province are the premiers.

I think we have mostly had right wing governments. Socreds originated in Alberta. I remember them with disdain. Gordon Campbell , pretending to be a Lib, was a form of that ideology. All business.
Global's Baldrey erred last wk & admitts (fakeBCLibs(harperCons) were Cons! Then back to bs. "Lib" Gordon Campbell at Con party event & he & Christie Clark stumped for Con win. Recall for 16yrs real Fed Libs nver stumped once for (fakeBCLibs. Clever: nasty policies blame Libs

Ladies and Gentlemen: First Past the Post.
And low voter turnout like last night's is a feature of First Past the Post. People show up to vote in far higher numbers under Pro Rep because their vote directly results in representation in govt. Under FPTP, most votes are pointless.
More Thank You @bcndp @Dave_Eby for tons done & more in progress. Even derailed by Covid, undid so much (fakeBCib damage. Never ideology rigid had panel on tweak 'no fault'. Actually used the Leg! More upgrade quality of life for BCers done than prev govt. Fix ICBC, etc. #bcpoli
