There’s already a mixed pond ( where you ID however you like) & a men’s pond. There is zero reason for males to be in the women’s pond or women’s changing rooms. Good luck @SexMattersOrg
Sex Matters is heading to the High Court on 3rd and 4th November. We’re challenging the City of London Corporation’s decision to allow men who identify as women to use the Ladies’ Pond, including its changing rooms and showers. The City has a lawful option: keep the Ladies’ Pond for women, the Men’s Pond for men and the Mixed Pond for both sexes. We’re asking the court to hold it to the law. Support our cause: sex-matters.org/take-action/…

Just back from a drop off at Stansted. £21 to park, drag bag to terminal, hug, wave & return to car. Crumbs. For only a few quid more, I could have been on a Ryanair to Barcelona.

The Nottingham families should be allowed to grieve instead they have to fight every single day against the State because they know if they dont Calocane & others like him will face no punishment & the public will be put in harms way. Why does the British State appear to function solely to harm its own citizens
‘Over my dead body will that monster ever come out.’ Emma Webber, the mother of Nottingham attack victim Barnaby, tells @NickFerrariLBC about the moment she learned his killer could be eligible for release in January.

An amendment to the sporting events bill was defeated by Labour voting against it. @louie_french (and I as I suggested it in The Lords) Conservative shadow sports minister wanted int. events brought to this country to insist the female category is protected as the ioc does, & the uk Supreme Court ruling stipulates .. sadly Labour doesn’t seem to care if our girls get fair sport

This is absolutely INSANE! Meet Mohammed Yaseen. He was a member of an Al Qaeda group that beheaded Brit Ken Bigley. He then joined ISIS where he worked as a guard at two mass killings and a deadly public stoning. He was arrested in Germany and served nearly 5 years in prison for being a member of Isis. After he was released, Germany didn't deport him, so he broke into our country on a small boat because he heard we 'accept everyone'. He was jailed for 2 years for illegal entry, then released early after 6 months. This is despite hearing in court that he 'posed a danger to the whole of the UK' and he had a 'deep and lengthy involvement in terrorism and Islamic extremist ideology'. He's eligible for deportation, but the Foreign Office raised concerns that if we deport him to Iraq he could face 'mistreatment' for being a terrorist. He has reapplied to stay in the UK, which halts any deportation proceedings and it will cost taxpayers' £85,000 a year to keep him here. It get's worse... if and when he uses the ECHR to fight his case, we are potentially on the hook for another *£500,000* in legal aid. He's been put in a bail hostel in Windsor and able to walk the streets. WHAT TF ARE WE DOING TO OURSELVES?! This country is utterly broken.

Meet one of the proposers of the Zionism is Racism Green Party motion. Her name is Rebecca Jones and she’s a suspended GP. She once said that a reading of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar’s last will and testament was “beautiful” and posted an Israeli flag on fire saying “Burn Zionism to the ground”. Just to be super clear of the vileness of the motion’s pushers.

If you're on a NHS waiting list somewhere, be comforted that in both Scotland and England they are spending literally millions of pounds on legal fees trying to force female nurses to get changed in front of men.
The Darlington nurses case could cost the NHS over £1.5m. NHS Fife’s legal costs in the Sandie Peggie case had already exceeded £400k — and that wasn’t the final bill. What could nearly £2 MILLION represent? 🩺 Around 39,000 GP appointments. 39,000 opportunities to assess symptoms, diagnose illness, manage long-term conditions and reassure patients. When people struggle to get a GP appointment, £2m sounds rather different. @NHSEngland @NHSResolution @DHSCgovuk @SexMattersOrg @JournalismSEEN @NHSScotland @NHSWales @ScotGovHealth @WGHealthandCare

John Oliver slams “dangerous” AI algorithms being used by UnitedHealth to make decisions on if patients need help. “If a company essentially forbids its case manager from deviating more than 1% from an algorithm- that company is run by an algorithm. And that is very dangerous.”

I spent over two decades in counterterrorism and I’m still involved in many ways, so here are my views on what I see has happened over the past 24-36 hours in the UK: Five British men in their twenties were arrested on Sunday near RAF Fairford on suspicion of explosives offences and the preparation of a terrorist act. On Monday they were released on police bail. That’s not what the terrorism clock looks like when the investigators are still in charge of it. Under ordinary UK criminal law a suspect can be held for 24 hours, stretched to 36 by a superintendent, and to 96 hours by a magistrate. But under section 41 of the Terrorism Act the first hold is 48 hours, not 24 hours. A judge can then extend it, in stages, up to 14 days without a charge. If the case merits it, it can even be pushed to 28 days. That 14-day cap exists for exactly this kind of file of vans, an airbase the United States uses, a possible foreign hand, explosives (if there were any) and interviews that are not finished on the first night. Counter-terrorism police said the inquiry isn’t over. They said conditions apply. They said a state link has not been ruled out. Those sentences he said only make sense if the evidence trail was still live. A live trail is why Parliament built the two-week window. But watching the guy read out the statement showed me in his body language, tone and eye movements that releasing those five men was NOT his or his department’s decision. Walking five men after roughly a day is what you do with a pub fight, not with a suspected terrorist attack on a bomber base. I’ve sat in enough interrogation rooms to know the difference between a custody clock and a political ceiling. Nobody had to shout an order down a phone. Someone in the political building above the investigators decided that charging British nationals on Monday, with Iran already denying it, Washington watching the runway, and a Labour conference where the main topics of discussion were prioritizing Palestinian and other refugees settling in the UK, was uglier than bail and a holding statement. The law allowed them to keep the door shut. Yet the door opened anyway in half of the most minimum time. That’s the story. That for me is the only story here. Not “they were innocent.” Not “the case collapsed.” The statute was not exhausted, but the appetite was. The real question is who, and most importantly, why?

Wait, so our oh-so-ethical Foreign Secretary won’t talk to Israel but has a friendly sit down with the representative from the Islamic Republic of Iran which killed 40,000 protesters in January and is still killing protesters? The world grows ever more upside down.

👉🏻👀 One of these men threw a plastic bottle on Sept 6th & was a bit sweary. He’s now in prison for two years. ‼️👉🏻 The other one was charged with 3 counts of making indecent images of children between December 2020 & April 2022. 41 indecent images via WhatsApp, 6 Category A images - the most serious, including 2 moving images of a child estimated 7-9 years old, 12 category B, 19 category C images. 👉🏻📌 He’s not in jail but got a suspended sentence. ‼️👉🏻 Why is a man jailed for shouting at police getting a longer sentence than a man convicted of child abuse images? 👉🏻 The public can see the disparity. The public also knows justice is supposed to be blind, but in modern Britain it can see your politics very clearly. ‼️ And sentence accordingly.
