There's a very specific kind of brain I have an unreasonable amount of respect for
10 years obsessing over the invisible plumbing of tomorrow's financial system, connecting dots most people don't even know exist
This kind of madness is priceless

I have rejected any offers to actually become Chainlink affiliated directly or as a sanctioned $LINK community member - or any other project or dms looking to pay me to shill their shit - in crypto for the past 10 years just so I am free to speak my mind.
save your the cpu cycles. I am what I am. You get what you get or you get going...
Now lets have fun.
Chainlink is buying ~$1.1m worth of $LINK a week in the meantime. Stack up all the facts. Just weekly buy too?
Chainlink is positioning itself not merely to participate in the agentic economy, but to monetise the infrastructure that allows autonomous economic activity to function across otherwise disconnected systems and it’s a winner takes all. I’d say they’ve already monopolised.
If AI becomes the intelligence layer of an autonomous tokenized global economy, Chainlink is the verification, orchestration and interoperability infrastructure. For it all.
And $LINK is economically integrated into that infrastructure.
This will go viral in 10 years time and it’ll be too late for most of you. I tried.

Financial institutions adopt new infrastructure slowly, and one of the earliest signals is where their senior people choose to show up
On October 29, DTCC's CEO, Swift's Head of Strategy and the Chairman of the CFTC are on the speaker list at Link:NYC, Chainlink's event in New York. Two of those institutions have also made decisions involving Chainlink. DTCC announced in May that its Collateral AppChain will use the Chainlink Runtime Environment, and Swift has completed tokenized fund pilots with UBS and Chainlink. Over the next week I'm writing a short series, one post per problem these institutions are bringing Chainlink in to solve, starting tomorrow with collateral at DTCC. Read together, the guest list works as a map of where institutional demand for Chainlink already sits.
The full program streams on Chainlink's official channels on October 29 from 9:45 AM ET (21:45 Taipei), with details at chain.link/events/linknyc
7 days to Link:NYC.
$LINK will be the largest network by staking market cap as it has been chosen to become the entire abstraction, coordination and verification/compliance layer for a tokenized global financial system that’s about to come into contact with an unlimited number of ai agents and a shift the world has never seen before. Between now and 2032

The whole point of this circus is to ascend. Earth gave you trauma, lust, ego, money, fear, exes, taxes and algorithms, and you still think the mission is to get comfortable? Fam, how many side quests do you need before you clock the main one?
Earth is basically spiritual GTA. Temptation everywhere, random boss fights, people trying to rob your energy, and half the population still thinks the mission is get a mortgage and die politely.
The game is simple. Master yourself, stop getting baited by every impulse, learn what the fuck you are, then ascend. People turned the tutorial into a 70-year side quest.
Imagine reincarnating 12 times just to keep falling for lust, ego, money and people’s opinions. Brother, complete the fucking level.
You got dropped into a body with desires, fear, trauma, hormones, ego and free will, then surrounded by distractions 24/7. And people still can’t work out there might be a test going on. Comedy.
Life keeps sending the same lesson wearing different faces and people keep calling it bad luck. Fam, at some point you’ve gotta pass the fucking exam.
The wildest part is people think the goal is comfort. Nothing about this place looks designed for comfort. It looks like a spiritual obstacle course
You came here naked, leave with nothing, and somehow people think the whole point was collecting shit in between. Mad

non-linkies don't realize the vast majority of whales holding $LINK have already seen $20, $30, and in many cases $40 and $50 and we're not going anywhere until well beyond that.
What yield does the network need to offer to convince somebody holding an increasingly scarce and valuable $LINK token to lock it up as economic security?
We’ll find out with this ugly ass mechanism through which the market can discover the price of Chainlink’s cryptoeconomic security.
If tokenisation reaches anything resembling the scale its proponents envisage, the price of $LINK and the staking yield could theoretically become two sides of the same market clearing mechanism. Iykyk
The genuinely fascinating possibility is that $LINK wouldn’t need $1T annual economic activity to justify a $1T network value. A productive asset can be valued as a multiple of future cash flows and security demand. If tokenisation eventually represents tens of trillions of dollars of assets, only a fraction needs to interact with Chainlink services and only some fraction of the resulting economics needs to accrue through $LINK.
Then add the other side of the equation I’ve been discussing on my previous posts this morning, how much LINK is actually economically available?
It’s becoming clear that what’s going to unfold is LINK is -
staked to secure services,
accumulated by the Reserve,
held by node operators and service providers,
held by investors,
required as economic collateral/security,
continually purchased through payment abstraction.
The fixed 1B maximum supply makes it particularly interesting.
And now we’re back to this fucking ugly graph on their staking rewards page!
