Russia is demanding a large decrease in the size of the Ukrainian military, full control over the Donbas and no NATO membership or security guarantees from NATO states post war as a key points in ending the war in Ukraine.
That is insane…

Notice how it's somehow the government's job to legislate a few Bible verses on human sexuality over our entire country, but it's suddenly "not the government's job" when it comes to the +2,500 Bible verses calling for a generous use of wealth that prioritizes the poor.

No sir, we can demand lower costs, protect vulnerable Americans, keep communities safe AND hold the president and his administration accountable. Congress can do more than one thing at a time. If there’s evidence of wrongdoing, being related to the president shouldn’t get anyone a free pass either.

So obviously you don't know your history. Obama didn't drop them people in Minnesota. Those people have been here for a very long time. You need to do your research because obviously you don't know the history.
George H.W. Bush was president when the primary wave of Somali refugees started entering the U.S. following the outbreak of the war.

There is NO “neutrality clause” in the 1994 Budapest Memorandum. No ban on NATO membership. No Russian veto over Ukraine’s foreign policy.
There IS an explicit commitment to refrain from economic coercion against Ukraine.
Before invading Crimea and intervening militarily in Donbas in 2014, Russia was already using economic pressure to dictate Ukraine’s choices.
In 2013, Moscow obstructed Ukrainian exports and explicitly threatened further trade restrictions if Kyiv signed an agreement with the EU. Putin’s adviser warned of billions in losses and default.
That is precisely the kind of coercion paragraph 3 prohibited.
Russia’s disregard for its commitments didn’t begin with the invasion. The economic pressure came first.
Stop inventing obligations Ukraine never accepted to excuse Russia breaking the ones it actually signed.

Cool. They also taught us critical thinking. Somewhere along the way, a lot of maga voters skipped that class. Literally nobody is teaching kids communism is good. Do they teach a maga cult class on how to fall for rage bait? Idiots.

@discord @discord_support @Google So I'm thinking a class-action lawsuit, as it seems neither of you has security teams with any brains at all. You, Discord, why exactly do you allow users to name themselves any combination of " Discord Support "?

My parents came here legally, became citizens, raised kids who received a stellar education, and who know how to use their voices.
If that's your example of immigration failing America by transforming the culture, you're making a stronger case for immigration than I ever could.
People sometimes ask me why I believe mass migration threatens to fundamentally transform American culture. And this is a really good example. Hemant’s parents arrived here from India before he was born.
And now, he insists that we may not teach the foundational texts of western civilization and our culture to American students because he objects to it. So he demands that we not teach them about the most important work to influence our nation’s founding.
And that is why I say mass migration without assimilation threatens to fundamentally transform our country.
And that is the same culture that up to this point has made the United States the greatest nation on Earth and is why so many immigrants from other cultures like India want to come here.

If you’re a Christian genuinely wondering why it’s bad for the state of Texas to require Bible study in public schools, imagine how you’d feel if your family lived in New York City and Mamdani required Quran study in public schools.

Remember when republicans voted down additional aid for this because they didn’t want to give Biden a win and then complained about Biden doing nothing.
