High agency means total acceptance of reality and limitations as a prerequisite! Not magical thinking and fake-abundance.

Been stopping lymph drainage for some weeks now. Bad mistake
Had to bring it back as I felt a big difference after a while. My cognition in the morning gets to baseline much faster, I feel less foggy and just lighter
My favorite way is to do it right after waking (cue/trigger) and also before any sauna session to improve circulation of toxins & immune cells
Doing the Big 6 with some additional head & neck work which also improved my upper back tightness slightly
I pay huge attention to the sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM) as there is a lot of drainage happening from the skull to the body
Just saying: these are no replacement for an active life in general
Movement & being outside (red light) are natural ways of improving lymphatic drainage

Its insane that most people don't know choline is one of the most under-appreciated essential nutrients that is used to build or produce SEVERAL critical molecules:
→ Phosphatidylcholine: Cell membranes, bile composition and hepatic fat export.
→ Acetylcholine: memory, attention, muscle contraction + parasympathetic signalling.
→ Sphingomyelin: A structural component of cell membranes, particularly the myelin surrounding your neurons.
→ Lysophosphatidylcholine: A product of phospholipid remodelling, involved in lipid transport and signalling.
→ Platelet-activating factor: A signalling lipid involved in inflammation and immune responses.
One nutrient contributes to the machinery responsible for cellular structure, neurotransmission, lipid metabolism & overall brain health. Its no suprise that it makes you unreasonably smarter.

Fully convinced that 80-90% of the benefit of most diets (carnivore, Peat, vegan, clean eating, calorie restriction etc.) simply comes down to reduced endotoxin exposure.
That is why people will hop on these diets and think it's the ketones, or the lack of antinutrients, or the lack of meat, or the calcium or whatever is what's unique about it.
In reality their gut is just getting foods it can actually handle for once, and you get more energy, mental clarity, performance, and so on. All of the same benefits you'd expect from these more niche reasons.

It's endotoxins, but also the inflammatory, immune or nervous system response in the gut from chemicals, gas fermentation, or antigens in those foods.
But yes I have been saying this for years. Definitely part of the story.

I never shared the HTMAs on this client from back in 2024.
A case I was reviewing on Friday reminded me of his and I was looking at it tonight.
They are illustrative of precisely how mineral balancing works and is a bit of an outlier in how powerfully and quickly it worked for him as you hear from his testimonial in the retweeted video clip.
You can see here with these tests - the first one on the left from 1/23/2024 - and the second one on the right from 5/21/2024 that his aluminum reading goes from .53mg% to 2.41mg%.
An increase of nearly 2.0mg% in about exactly 4 months.
What this means in real terms is that for every 100 grams of hair tissue 2 milligrams of aluminum would be in the entire hair volume.
For new hair growth over a 4-month period it averages about 20 grams, or 1/5th of the 100 grams.
So we take 2.0 and multiply by .2 and get about .4 milligrams of aluminum eliminated through the entire new hair growth.
Assuming equal amounts of aluminum are eliminated through the liver/bowels and kidneys/urine (which is extremely conservative given these are much more significant routes of excretion for metals than the hair/skin) we multiply by 3 to get 1.2 milligrams of aluminum eliminated in total for this 4 month period.
Let’s say double the amount of aluminum was eliminated from his liver/kidneys as through his hair tissue and we get:
.4mg + .8mg (liver) + .8mg (kidneys) =
2 milligrams on the high end of this estimated range.
So the estimated amount of aluminum eliminated for the 4 month time period was 1.2 milligrams to 2.0 milligrams.
The ATSDR estimates most “healthy” people have 30 to 50 milligrams in total in their entire body. People that are sick likely have much more and I have seen autopsy studies showing people with 300 milligrams of aluminum their bodies.
This guy was NOT healthy but he didn’t have any major degenerative disease. He did have depersonalization/derealization.
And it was essentially gone at this 4-month mark after being on mineral balancing and eliminating aluminum.
What’s also of note here is the first four elements on each HTMA.
In his first test we see absolutely bottomed out levels of sodium and potassium, and they are also low relative to calcium and magnesium.
On his second chart not only are these first four elements almost perfect according to their individual ideals, but they are extraordinary balanced relative to each other.
This is THE PURPOSE OF MINERAL BALANCING.
To balance these first four elements relative to each other.
This optimizes cellular energy efficiency, increases nutrient absorption massively and causes, directly, the antagonisms between minerals and metals to be more fully expressed.
An almost perfect example of how mineral balancing CAUSES heavy metal eliminations.
Perpetually fooled by a bright full moon into waking early. In the olden days, id spend nights out in the woods, larping an eldritch creature and chasing deer around, painting
Side bar: ive now met a Boomer from Jersey who pretends to be a cowboy in the Midwest.
He sucks as much as you imagine

Still dont know what happened. Half-baked theory: significant pesticide exposure was the last straw in 2023
Essentially: taken this long to go from stroke/heart attack risk (extreme dysautonomia) and a neck brace to sit up (spinal column pressure cutting off blood to brain) ...

In 1958, scientists used ultrasound to temporarily suppress a visual signal in a cat’s brain. Then it returned.
That experiment opened a question we’re still exploring: how precisely can sound influence the brain?

High dose thiamine drastically reduces cancer cell proliferation.
This has been consistently observed in multiple cancer types, by fixing carbohydrate metabolism + mitochondrial function.
Recent studies show that lactate levels in blood are directly related to cancer development. Lactate forms when carbohydrate metabolism is impaired.
Often thought of a waste product of metabolism - lactic acid actually acts as a signaling molecule both within immune and tumor cells to initiate and worsen the disease.
Lactate can directly modify gene transcription for better survival of cancer cells, and even induce processes like angiogenesis which make cancers more aggressive.
Meanwhile - therapies that inhibit lactic acid production (DCA, High dose thiamine, Methylene blue, ALA) have shown the ability to shrink tumors in experiments.

Gonna remind everybody today:

Im doing this for my amusement while rebuilding from my own unexpected severe illness that hit in 2023
And nothing on this account is medical advice. We're just doin real interesting fun stuff (and half documenting it here)

Bioregulators aren’t supplements
A supplement fills a gap.
Low vitamin D, take vitamin D
A bioregulator is meant to nudge a system back toward its own set point
Which means the result depends on how far off the system is
Well regulated: you might notice nothing
Badly dysregulated: you might notice a lot
The Epithalamin trials only enrolled people whose 3 AM melatonin was already low
Nobody tested it on people with a healthy rhythm
Same peptide.
Different starting point.
Different result.
The pinealon acute causes the super deep sleep that feels like a coma when neuro inflammation is high. That fades with time
The epithalon moves the circadian cycle back. Feels like I wake up before sunrise no matter where I am in the world
The Vilon seems to unlock a hidden energy currency. Don’t know how. Maybe some immune mechanism.

Part 1. of a series I'm going to be putting out on Ultrasound - this one goes back to 1958, the brothers William and Jamie Fry - built an Ultrasound in the engineering department at the University of Illinois
This stuff is super interesting, give it a watch ! (2 min)

You’re probably much better off leaving behind the expectations and maintaining laser-focus on what’s in front of you and taking care of that business to the absolute highest of standards and be ready to just keep doing that repeatedly in an adaptive manner.
Everything else just follows naturally.
Bring back cooking with liquor
(It'll help a sauce taste like restaurant quality without adding a bazillion calories via fat)
Replying to @suneclipsion
Most liquids will do it. Even vinegar.
You'll just need to add more fats (and therefore, calories) to make the taste just as good
The liquor deglazing is to keep calories down and taste waaay up. Tastes like something you'd order in a restaurant
