Democrats are going to unleash total lawfare after the midterms. Trump was just the excuse for building the machinery. The real goal is to crush anyone who dares challenge their power and ultimately turn America into a de facto one-party state.

20,000 California ballots that the DOJ asked to set aside can be counted for now under court ruling.
So, let's just count possible fradulent votes and deal with it later after we run out the clock again.
In a 2-1 decision, the 9th Circuit denied the DOJ's emergency bid to sequester about 20,000 California mail ballots.
The majority said the DOJ hadn't given the lower court enough time to consider the case.

Anne Arundel County, Maryland, explicitly gives undocumented households priority for taxpayer-funded housing assistance covering rent, utility bills, security deposits and moving costs.
The county’s published rules identify priority households as including:
“those with undocumented or mixed immigration/citizenship status.”
That language appears directly on the county government’s application page. Other priority categories include homelessness, eviction proceedings and disconnected utilities.
The Community Schools Rental Assistance Program can pay for:
• Overdue rent.
• Electricity, gas, water and internet bills.
• Security deposits and first month’s rent.
• Moving expenses.
• Certain late fees and eviction-related court fees.
Maryland’s official FAQ says proof of citizenship is not required. Eligible households can receive repeat assistance, including up to three months of future rent or utilities at a time, with an overall maximum of 15 months.
Governor Wes Moore’s office says the statewide program’s FY2027 budget increased from $5 million to $11 MILLION.

I am deeply concerned by reports that Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes ordered Flávio Bolsonaro to surrender his passports following Brazil’s presidential election.
Allegations of election irregularities, including changes to voting hours, raise serious questions that demand transparency and independent scrutiny. The Brazilian people deserve confidence in their elections, the right to challenge results, and protection from political retaliation.
The United States must stand for free and fair elections, due process, and fundamental freedoms. The concerns surrounding Brazil warrant serious scrutiny, particularly given what we have witnessed in Venezuela.

BREAKING: Federal authorities raid a Beverly Hills mansion in connection with an investigation involving former Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell, Fox News has learned.
The search comes after the FBI searched Swalwell's Washington, D.C., home in August and seized his electronic devices at San Francisco International Airport.
Swalwell resigned from Congress and dropped his California gubernatorial bid following multiple sexual misconduct allegations, including accusations from a former staffer.
The latest raid follows another development involving newly declassified FBI records about Swalwell's relationship with a suspected Chinese intelligence operative.
