My biggest passion is to lead others through the hardships of life to the best version of themselves, and I fervently believe football is the vehicle that will help me do that the best.
With 25 years of media experience, and over a decade each as a teacher and football coach, I know my personal and professional experience will yield increasing value to your team, no matter the position.
Put it this way: What is it worth to you to have an empathetic communicator with perpetual resilience and diverse experience on your team?
You may say, "Thanks Mike, but we don't see a fit right now." To that, I'd say, "You can never have enough good people on your team."
I have tremendous respect for what you all, and the people who've come before you, have built. I have firm confidence I can help the team grow even more.

Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

Sources: Mississippi State star QB Kamario Taylor will miss the rest of the season, as he faces surgery on his injured toe. Taylor has an appointment today to get his toe checked out by a specialist and could have surgery as early as tomorrow. He’s expected to make a full recovery.

It’s considered to be a short-term injury, though he will miss a little time.
Nothing against Minter, as I know this is part of the job and think he’s doing a good job. However, at this point, I don’t think fans care if Lamar’s status is up in the air…I think they just want to hear he’s either ready to go or he’s not.
