Ferrario et al and POPART team reports 100 pts treated with prostate-bed SBRT (32.5 Gy/5 fx):
β’ Late β₯G2 GU toxicity: 8.5%
β’ Only 1 late G2 GI event
β’ Just 3 in-field relapses
β’ 30-mo biochemical control: 74%
Very encouraging local control and toxicityβbut urinary QoL remains important to watch.

Posthoc analysis of RTOG 0534 independently validates NRG-GU006: PAM50 LumB predicts hormone benefit after prostatectomy (FFP +31% in lumB vs +10% non-LumB, P-int=.01; MFS +20% vs β3%, P-int=.05).
PAM50 should be SOC and has higher level evidence than Oncotype for breast cancer!
