The United Kingdom Government has stepped up efforts to tackle knife crime with a new campaign combining increased police operations, surveillance technology and youth-focused prevention programmes in areas affected by knife-related violence. The campaign, tagged ‘No Place for Knives’, was launched today, November 2, 2026, in Westminster and Croydon, with enforcement activities also being piloted in Birmingham city centre. The UK Home Office said the initiative was developed in collaboration with police forces and local authorities to discourage knife carrying and target individuals considered most at risk of committing knife-related offences. The enforcement strategy includes live facial recognition technology, metal detection systems, rapid-response electric bikes and additional foot patrols. arise.tv/uk-launches-knife-c…

Would you trust Kushner and Witkoff to do anything that didn't directly benefit Kushner and Witkoff?
🇺🇸 The US wants to restart Russian gas supplies to Europe as soon as possible — via… Ukraine The proposal was put forward by US envoys Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff during their visits to Moscow and Kyiv in September, The Wall Street Journal reports. Under the plan, Russian gas would be sold to Europe through an American company to bypass EU sanctions. American investors could make substantial profits from the arrangement. The money from gas sales would be frozen in a special account in a third country to prevent Russia from using it to fund its war.
