To follow NWS seems to have downgraded Charlotte to 0.25" of ice. However, given we are on the fringe, logic has it we will see somewhere between the two.

If you don't take advantage of this are you really a value investor?

Shadow Divers gets all the press, but Kurson's Pirate Hunters may be just as good IMHO.

I wonder with the meaningful increase in interest rates if the 7% compounding hurdle is now higher. Perhaps 10%?
