BREAKING: Labor’s Chris Bowen is about to do something the Constitution never intended: use the corporations power as a wrecking ball to smash Queensland’s residual authority over energy. Energy is a state power. Full stop. The Commonwealth has no general energy power. Yet Labor is going to force every data centre in Queensland to underwrite new renewables or be locked out, overriding an elected state government that wants a technology-neutral approach and actual community consent. This isn’t “national consistency.”
This is Canberra deciding that Queensland’s voters, its resources, and its right to set its own energy settings are optional. Queenslanders elected their state government with a clear mandate on Power Generation and the direction the state would take. Bowen’s own words: “We’re proceeding without them” and “we will legislate to ride over the top.” When a federal government starts treating residual state powers as a nuisance that can be bulldozed with creative legal drafting, federalism is already dead. This is not governance. It’s institutional arrogance dressed up as climate policy. Queenslanders didn’t elect Chris Bowen to run their power system.
Remember that. What’s next? The Federal Labor Government will make moves to resolve the states? FFS. abc.net.au/news/2026-08-24/a…

So there’s a new data centre proposed for Dalby that is going to rely on rain water harvesting to source its water supply. As someone who has watched farmers have to give up their irrigation licences to “save the environment” how is it that a foreign owned company is going to be allowed to “harvest” water but farmers can’t? This is a classic example of one rule for wealthy foreigners and another one hard working Australians. There had better be a lot more transparency around exactly how much water this data centre is going to harvest and what impact will it have on downstream communities like my hometown of Chinchilla! On top of that Blackout Bowen is insisting Data Centres are powered by renewables rather than coal. Of course this is preposterous as Kogan Creek power station is just down the road from the proposed site. Kogan Creek sits on 400 million tonnes of coal and has a vacant pad for another turbine. Why would anyone destroy valuable farmland with renewables. It’s just madness. The obsession with renewables needs to end. People First will abolish all subsidies for renewables and require environmental bonds to paid on existing sites. To protect our environment and farmland sign up to PeopleFirstParty.au today. ••••••••••••• “A development application prepared for Zerra DC has been lodged for the Western Downs Digital Park. Once constructed, it will be considered one of Australia’s largest data centres, located at 1933 Dalby–Kogan Road, Kogan (35 km from Dalby). The data centres would primarily use air-cooled technology, supported by a closed-loop liquid cooling system using rainwater harvesting and treated wastewater. An on-site battery-backed power conditioning system would also support the development’s electricity requirements and strengthen the local power network. The site’s proximity to existing energy infrastructure is identified as a key factor in its suitability for the development.

“This post needs to go viral – NOW! So, as you might have heard, Australia’s controversial Digital ID bill was recently passed in Federal Parliament. And no, this isn’t about logging into Medicare “more easily.” This is the wet dream of every power-drunk bureaucrat who’s ever fantasised about tracking what you eat, watch, spend, say – and even think. Labor rammed it through with help from the Greens and Jacqui Lambie, while the likes of Pauline Hanson, Malcolm Roberts, Matthew Canavan, Ralph Babet, Alex Antic and Gerard Rennick strongly opposed it. Experts lined up to say it was dangerous. Legal groups shredded it. Privacy advocates screamed. The public wasn’t consulted. But they damn well passed it anyway. This bill is not about “protecting your identity” – it’s about owning it. Without a digital ID, you will eventually have no access to a bank account, cash, Centrelink, MyGov, flights, fuel, medication, voting in elections, and even receiving parcels in the mail. And you can kiss goodbye to ever renting a home, owning a car, using social media, shopping online, accessing the internet at all, having a phone number, and buying groceries. They say it’s “voluntary” – just like MyGov was “optional” until 10 million Aussies were forced into it just to access basic services. Just like the COVID-19 vaccine was “optional” until those who resisted found themselves locked out of society for months for not being up-to-date with their boosters. It’s coercion and blackmail with a friendly smile. And now that this thing’s been jammed through Parliament, the tech giants are lining up like pigs at a data trough. They’ve already got your search history, your online purchases, your late-night Instagram habits, and every whispered “Hey Siri” or “OK Google.” Now they get to attach all of that to your real name, address, and government-approved ID. That “anonymous data” you thought was floating harmlessly in the cloud? Not anymore. Your Woolies reward card is now part of your permanent “consumer profile.” Your YouTube comments? Traceable. That shady dating app you thought was private? Good luck with that when your real ID is stitched to everything you do online. Privacy’s gone, and it’s not coming back. And let's not pretend this data won't be regularly hacked, leaked, or sold to the highest bidder. And when the system inevitably fails? One blackout, one outage, one “oops” from some contractor, and you’re digitally locked out of your own life, while some AI bot in a call centre tells you to try turning it off and on again. The committee that was supposed to scrutinise this bill was a total joke. They ignored almost every expert submission, skipped past glaring privacy failures, human rights concerns, and technical red flags, and still gave it the green light. It wasn’t an inquiry – it was a rubber stamp for the surveillance state controlled by foreign nations. Every politician who voted for this has just helped build the scaffolding for digital tyranny. This is the infrastructure for a fully centralised, always-on tracking system. They’ll say it’s for your safety. They’ll say it’s about efficiency. What they mean is: now they know who you are, where you are, what you’re saying, who you’re saying it to, and how to shut you up when you speak too much truth. This isn’t progress – it’s control, plain and simple. What we’re seeing isn’t some harmless upgrade – it’s China-style social credit wrapped in an Aussie flag, and you can bet the CCP is watching on proudly, noticing how we've finally caught up. #GaryJMatthews

As expected, the ABC are censoring this story. Having held Fauci up as demigod - the ABC doesn’t want the public to know that a senior advisor to Fauci has just pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge for trying to cover-up for Fauci by hiding documents. The ABC should be defunded - they pocket over a billion a year, only to censor news stories that don’t fit the approved narrative.
David M. Morens, 78, of Chester, Maryland, pled guilty in federal court, today, to a conspiracy charge stemming from a scheme to evade Freedom of Information Act requests and the Federal Records Act in connection with communications about coronavirus research grants. Announced with @FBIBaltimore @OIGatHHS Learn more at justice.gov/usao-md/pr/forme….

In the least surprising thing to happen all week Labor and the Australian Greens just voted against my motion for an order for production of documents relating to the TGAs evaluation of a new mRNA based Flu vaccine.

No it doesn't @elonmusk. You need to actually speak to experts in this field who are not captured by pharma, who will explain why producing more cancer antigen with mRNA will not work. There are not many about.
Replying to @EricTopol
Despite its obvious misuse during Covid, mRNA has tremendous promise for curing diseases. Artificial RNA essentially makes curing diseases a software problem.

Never give more power to the governing class - you can’t trust them “A former Australian politician “sold out their country, party and former colleagues” after being recruited by spies for a foreign regime, according to Australia’s domestic intelligence agency. The head of Asio, Mike Burgess, made the allegations as he outlined the prolific activities of a spy network he labelled “the A-team”, although he did not name the former politician nor the country involved.” ••••••••••• Here’s another reason I don’t support giving the Intelligence Agencies any more powers. A former politician was caught selling Australia out, (don’t they all!) and yet rather than prosecute the offending person, no charges were laid. Furthermore which country did the politician sell us out to? It’s just another example of how the governing class protect each other instead of the people they are meant to be serving.

Moderna produced a "vaccine" for COVID that didn't prevent a single case of COVID, yet their phase 3 trial said it prevented 95% of cases. Now Moderna are making another biologically impossible claim, and no you can't see their data.
💥Moderna’s melanoma ‘breakthrough’ is still science by press release Everyone is celebrating Moderna & Merck’s Phase III “breakthrough” in personalised mRNA cancer treatment -- but nobody outside the companies has seen the data. So what do we actually know? LINK 👇👇 @elonmusk @jeffreytucker @Holden_Culotta

It's impossible for an "mRNA cancer vaccine" to treat an advanced cancer. The cancer provides plentiful antigens so giving it more whilst causing T-cell exhaustion cannot work. So either they manipulated the data or they added something to the active arm.

Under the NSW Biosecurity Act farmers are legally required to manage feral pests including wild pigs, wild dogs, foxes and rabbits. Yet here we are with the NSW government mandating a compulsory gun buy back law as a result of a terrorist attack by city dwelling residents due to Islamic extremism. Why doesn’t the Labor party focus on eliminating extremism by asking the hard questions of the Intelligence Agencies who failed to prevent the Bondi shootings instead of punishing law abiding Australians? It’s just so typical of politicians and bureaucrats to blame anyone but themselves for their own failings. •••••••••••• “NSW Premier Chris Minns and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese have formally announced a gun buyback "bigger than the Howard-era" scheme. The reforms are part of legislation passed after the Bondi Beach terror attack in December last year aimed at a quarter of the state's 1.2 million gun owners.”

Madness. Vaccine fanaticism on steroids. Not a single little penguin has been found to have "bird flu". These fools will cause more harm to the little penguins by chasing them, capturing them, holding them and injecting them — not once but twice. And this has nothing to do with saving the penguins — it’s all about promoting vaccine fanaticism: the narrative that every flu virus can be prevented by injecting people with a product sold by Big Pharma.

Australian Senator Alex Antic: “If the pertussis vaccine doesn’t prevent infection or transmission… why are we FORCING grandparents to be vaccinated before they can see their grandchildren?!” The disgusting answer? WHO and Bill Gates’ GAVI alliance are making MILLIONS in pure profit. This isn’t protection. This isn’t science. It’s a cold-blooded money grab that rips families apart — grandparents locked out of their own grandkids’ lives unless they take a jab that doesn’t even stop the spread. How many more lies will they tell before we say ENOUGH?!
