Still blows my mind we went into this season with 1 striker in the squad who had been missing with injury since March. To label it as poor planning doesn't get near it.
NEW VIDEO: You Cannot Make This Up.
This Benjamin Sesko situation has made Manchester United, quite frankly, look very stupid. Zero hindsight is required to know how poor the planning has been, another string to Jason Wilcox's bow.

Shaw and Dorgu both injured so Dalot playing left-back because club refused to sign one.
Sesko out till January which means we play half the season without a striker.
This is for those toxic positivity fans who were telling us "you don't know better than the club" when we were begging every day to sign a left-back and striker, see how silly you look?

Thank goodness Man City added more seats. Imagine the chaos without them! 😂
More revenue than Real Madrid, apparently. 🤣🤡

Not signing a striker when your only striker has been out for the whole of pre-season with a persistent injury was the greatest act of idiocy and self-harm by the Manchester United hierarchy and emblematic of their hopeless reign
🚨 Confirmed: Benjamin Sesko out until at least January through shin injury.
Period of rest is required so striker is fully healed.

Brilliant from United all round. No striker at all in the squad until at least January, fantastic planning by Wilcox this.
Also, how have we managed to handle this Sesko injury so badly?

I was fair with Wilcox and gave him an opportunity to show he could do the job. He has failed and needs to be sacked. There's nothing else that needs to be said and the club need to do it yesterday.
NEW VIDEO: Jason Wilcox, Goodbye
Jason Wilcox, it's time for you to leave Manchester United and for the avoidance of any doubt, here are all the reasons exactly why.

🚨 As per @lauriewhitwell, people with knowledge of the situation say that the cost of dismissing Michael Carrick and hiring a replacement was a factor in sticking rather than twisting.
Insane. Absolutely insane.

🎙️🔴 If the money were available, Michael Carrick and his staff would have left on Monday morning, but the club is skint and can not afford to change management and staff. They will likely stick with current set up now until the International break, and reassess finances. They want to change manager and staff, but the money just isn't there. The club is a mess on and off the pitch, and the only way they could look to change management right now is by getting further credit.

One source close to #mufc feels it is inevitable that Jason Wilcox will eventually lose his job if a third managerial change in as many seasons is made.
A senior figure in the game told the BBC that both Wilcox and Berrada’s jobs at United may be vulnerable, suggesting that Sir Jim Ratcliffe could be considering a wider overhaul of senior staff [@sistoney67, @SamiMokbel_BBC]

The face of disgrace. The face of failure. The face of everything wrong with Manchester United. 🔴GLAZERS OUT! RATCLIFFE OUT! #Glazersout
This @OmarBerrada @INEOS @ManUtd - if you were man enough you and Wilcox would do a press conference - Shithouses spring to mind!

Not firing Michael Carrick as Manchester United Manager after the worst start to a season for 40 years because the Glazers, INEOS and #MUFC have run out of money, is very sobering indeed.
They need to put the club up for sale tonight at a fair valuation and do the right thing.

As bad as this is think it’s the first time I’ve ever seen the media really focusing on the Manchester United owners as the ultimate problem at the club. This pressure and spotlight can only be a good thing.
PjStan retweeted
Kinda hope it gets BAD now. Relegation battle.
Not because I want United to get relegated, but maybe it’ll be the catalyst for seismic change the club needs.
It needs a master reset. It’ll force the owners to ship out maybe.

'Good luck Michael, you need a transformative, miraculous turnaround performance away to Chelsea, whilst we can't decide on your replacement!'
Incompetent bastards! Sir Jim needs to show some balls and sack @OmarBerrada & Wilcox!
🚨 Michael Carrick will be given chance to turn results around.
Carrick is taking training at Carrington, staff + players preparing #MUFC for Saturday trip to Chelsea.
More @TheAthleticFC soon.

I thought it didn’t matter who the manager is? In all seriousness I do worry that this Amazon doc is affecting the decision making process. Every single executive is now in self preservation mode, knowing that their words will be broadcast to the world. A monumentally bad call.

don't think it'll get better anytime soon by the way. we may get the occasional top 4 finish, maybe another fa cup if we're lucky. but this is who we'll be now under this ownership. their main focus is that new stadium and they'll do anything to get that, even our downfall. #mufc
I somehow doubt the @ManUtd players will "raise their game" on Saturday @ChrisWheelerDM. A lot of them don't act like professionals anyway and have no pride in playing for the shirt, otherwise they'd be running for the full 90 minutes!!!
