A fine jewelry brand I manage looked like it was underperforming on paid. Dashboards showed weak numbers. Founder got nervous. I pulled the actual Shopify order data.

57% of orders had zero attribution attached to them. The ads weren't broken. The tracking was. Before you kill a channel over bad roas, check if you're even measuring it right.

Client: "Our cast iron wood stoves are worth gold to me. We need to rank #1 for that keyword." Me: "Give me a few months." 3 months later... They're ranking #1 for "cast iron wood stove." It took almost no effort. All I did was build a product category page optimized for the keyword. Add a few hundred words of content below the list of products. And build a single backlink to the page. A month and a half later, the page was indexed in Google started ranking on the 2nd page. A month and a half after that, it hit the #1 spot. The keyword gets 6,600 searches a month. The AOV for this product is $2,000-3,000. To say this keyword ranking is going to print money for this brand is an understatement.

a furniture client wanted to split their pmax campaign into two best sellers in one, new arrivals in another i said no pmax builds optimization data over time. split it and both campaigns reset back into learning mode

they also start competing against each other in the same auctions, which just pushes your own cpms up what we did instead: kept the one pmax running, added dedicated search and shopping campaigns next to it for the products they cared about same coverage, zero data thrown away

A Shopify brand I manage just closed out their best month of the year. $186K gross sales. +39% month over month. $168K net sales. +48%. 299 orders. +32%. No major site changes. No new funnel. No "growth hack."

Just consistent acquisition, cleaner tracking, and campaigns that were actually structured to find new customers instead of fighting for the same ones. Growth like this rarely comes from one big move. It comes from fixing five small things.

A Shopify fashion brand I manage generated $100K+ tracked revenue from under $2K in Google Ads spend. Everyone wants to know the ROAS. Nobody asks the actual question: Why did the account only need $2K to do that?

Because the Shopping campaigns were split by collection instead of running one broad catalog feed. One collection was already converting at a level that didn't need more spend. It needed better structure. Most brands don't have a budget problem. They have a structure problem.

More money into a messy campaign just gets you a bigger mess.

A client messaged me yesterday because sales dropped. Nothing was broken. No campaign had changed. No tracking issue. No feed problem. Just a slow day. I've managed Google Ads for 8+ years and this is still the most common mistake I see:

Founders reacting to noise instead of data. If you didn't touch the account and revenue drops for one day, that's not a crisis. That's Tuesday. The accounts that scale the fastest belong to founders who let winning campaigns breathe instead of panicking every 24 hours.

Back to creating more success stories. Back to sharing what actually works. It’s that time of the year.
I’ve been away from Twitter not burnout, just a big life moment. We finally moved into our own place. 🏠 In our culture, families live together under one roof. That’s how we grew up me, my brothers, and our parents. One home. One dream. During COVID, the 3 of us started working out of a single bedroom. No fancy office. No team. Just belief. Today, we live in 3 separate homes all on the same street. Each one of us running our own agency in different corners of ecom. And the best part? Our parents? Still with us, now living like a King & Queen exactly how we always dreamed. Alhamdulillah. This one means a lot. ❤️

Most brands don’t need a new strategy. They need to actually stick to the one that already works long enough for it to do its job

Strong offer + strong margins = real scale
Your ability to scale with META ads depends on your Margins. The more aggressively you spend, the more your ads will start to lose efficiency. That's just the law of ads. Don't look at brands that scale very fast and think you can too with 50% margins. Reworking your offer and fundamentals is how you scale.

Simple formula. Most skip step 2 proving you’re good at what you do. Do that consistently, and step 3 becomes effortless.

“Dropshipping is dead.” “Interest targeting is dead.” “ABO is outdated.” Cool story bro meanwhile I’m doing $30K on a product straight from AliExpress. No fancy apps. Just a good product, solid creatives, and structured ABO campaigns. Screenshot attached 📸👇

Every day I log on and it’s just: “Bro I made $83K before breakfast.” “Bro I scaled this to 7 figs in my sleep.” Cool. But like… do you even touch grass? Let’s start a thread 👇
