DHS, as part of Trump admin's attempt to meddle in Nov. elections, claimed thousands of non-citizens on voter rolls here (and elsewhere).
NV SOS said would cooperate but asked for evidence. DHS refused to show its work, just asked for meeting.
So obvious.
