This is a disgrace. I'm no fan of Abdul El-Sayed, but he is a doctor. So is Ahmad Tibi. The idea that Arabs or Muslims cannot be physicians or lie about their credentials is racist. @MoriahAsraf and Eyal Berkovic are two of the most racist commentators on Israeli TV today, and after being warned, they are doubling down.
The scary part is they don't seem to realize it, on a channel that's supposed to be Israel's liberal one, home to @RavivDrucker.
Asaf Rapoport should step in.

Eisenkot Responds to Netanyahu:
"Those who have divided and torn apart Israeli society from within only mention the word 'unity' when they realize their time in office is coming to an end. Unity is an important value for Israel, and Netanyahu has systematically and resolutely worked against it, even during the most difficult war in our history.
To be clear: If the Likud party and its members suddenly desire 'unity' and a broad government, they are more than welcome to publicly announce the end of their alliance with the extremists, to accept the four principles of Gadi Eisenkot, and to express their willingness to join a government under Prime Minister Eisenkot.
Until then, this is nothing more than a pathetic attempt at manipulation."

לאור התנהגותו של רה"מ בימים האחרונים, אין לי אלא להטיל ספק בשיקול דעתו של ראש הממשלה. נתניהו איבד שליטה ועליו להחזיר את המפתחות ולהתפטר.
💥Hours before Gadi Eisenkot is expected to get the nod, Netanyahu posts a video, apparently new, in which he seems genuinely panicked, calls on his supporters to stop the formation of any new government by any means necessary, and threatens violence. For 11 days, no one has seen this man in public.

CORRECTION: This post and opinion video states that Abdul El-Sayed gave his acceptance speech in Arabic. That’s not accurate. In fact, he said a few phrases in Arabic, but the majority of his speech was in English. The Free Press regrets the error.

DISGUSTING: Israeli President Isaac Herzog told members of the Otzma Yehudit party that National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir’s measures in Israeli prisons were “important and overdue.”
He was referring to measures targeting Palestinian prisoners in Israel’s notorious prisons, where Palestinians are subjected to torture.

This was a disgrace.
President Herzog told Otzma Yehudit that Ben-Gvir's steps in the prisons were important and overdue.
Freed hostages have said their captors beat them and cited Ben-Gvir's treatment of Palestinian prisoners. Ynet reported the Shin Bet warned Ben-Gvir that his comments were increasing violence against hostages, and that he refused a recommendation to stop posting about it to lower tensions and protect the hostages.

The Jaguars are now 15-3 in their last 18 regular season games. And nine of the 15 wins have come by margins of 14 or more.
The Bills, Chiefs, Bengals and Broncos are the teams most often discussed when talking about the AFC’s best. Somehow, the conference’s best team by multiple metrics, the Jaguars, are seemingly forgotten.
