Saw this @Highland_Spring bottle, bobbing on the waves today. ☹️ Luckily the tide brought it onto the rocks, and we retrieved it, but how many millions are bobbing about, all over the world? We need to stop depending on single-use plastic, and embrace reusable products.
@mcsuk
Disappointed today, to see an elderly couple with 12 large bottles of water in their trolley in Lidl. Putting their lives at risk from Covid19 for something they could get in the safety of their own home. 🚰🏠

The kids are now home from school for a looooong time! They normally ask for water on the hour every hour, so I thought I'd save my sanity, and dug this out, so they can @Refill to their hearts content! 😂
It encourages us all to drink more too 🚰

Surely it's a no-brainer 🤔

Happy International Women's Day
Thanks to Sara Keeton and Pam Erasmus, who've been trying to get water fountains installed in Mumbles, since before the @Refill
campaign even started. We finally have one, and are working towards multiple installations now.

Woo hoo!🤩 The new water fountain/bottle filler in Oystermouth Square Mumbles, has already saved the equivalent of 100 single use plastic water bottles.
Why buy plastic wrapped water when you can @Refill with cold filtered water for free?! 🤔 @SwanseaCouncil

Great to see another area join the #RefillRevolution with their first fountain! A big well done to @RefillMumbles and @MumblesCouncil for installing this and an even BIGGER well done to the locals, especially the kids, already Refilling from it. THIS is what we love to see! 😍
Our shiny new @Refill Station (courtesy of @MumblesCouncil). Wouldn't it be great if this generation grew up in a world where refilling reusable bottles, instead of buying single-use bottles, was the norm? 🌍🚰🐬

Hooray! Thanks to @MumblesCouncil, we have our first water fountain/bottle filler in the Mumbles 😍
It's located at Oystermouth Square toilets, and is a great asset for residents, visitors and the environment. PLEASE SHARE 😘

Just travelled around Florida on holiday, what a joy to find so many water fountains to @Refill at, in so many places. 😍 The UK really needs to pull it's finger out to tackle single use plastic head on! @SwanseaCouncil it's time to act, we need water fountains across Swansea. 🙏

Want to know something truly TERRIFYING? Plastic bottles will be around longer than your BONES 😱😱 We think that’s a pretty good reason to DITCH plastic water bottles and join the #RefillRevolution TODAY! ❌buff.ly/2DzC3wr @brkfreeplastic
Just arrived at a Youth Summit on Climate Change in Swansea Civic Centre, and this is what the children have been provided with - plastic single use cups and cling film covered jugs! 😡 Great example to set @SwanseaCouncil!!
#waronplastic @HughFW @wgmin_rural @Cllr_robstewart – at Swansea, Wales
Some of the lunch provision, lovely as it was, all the cling film was a bit of a turn off! I felt sorry for the summit organisers @lleisiaubach, it put them in a bit of a compromising position. – at Black Pill, Wales
Barbecue supper and torch lit beach clean!
Mostly fishing related items found - net, rope, line, hooks and weight. Plus a flip flop, pants🤔, cans, and top half of a single use water bottle ☹️

Took the kids to gymnastics at @SwanseaGC this morning, and was really happy to see so many families using reusable bottles 😍 We've also been swimming at @WalesNatPool and noticed the reception staff and lifeguards using reusable bottles too 😁
Call us predictable but we love seeing photographs of #reusable bottles😜 Share yours just like healthyyou_healthyworld did on Instagram of their fun Flamingo @Chillysbottles! Bringing lots of colour to #Monday!

We visited the @RefillBarry patch yesterday, and found 2 bottle filler @Refill Stations to use. 😍 @VOGCouncil were installing another 12 this Summer!
Where are ours @SwanseaCouncil? Is it even on the agenda? What actions are you taking after declaring a Climate Emergency?
@MumblesCouncil is desperate to get one installed that they bought months ago. What's the delay @SwanseaCouncil? Summer's nearly over. ☹️
