By 2050, a house might cost just 0.05 BTC.  A must-listen! 💎🏢  #Bitcoin #RealEstate #Macroeconomics #ValuePreservation  A median US home costs about 5 Bitcoin today. I ran the bull case: if Bitcoin grows 50% a year and house prices rise 4% a year, that $417,500 home costs about $571,000 in 2034, or 0.28 Bitcoin. That's about $22,000 of Bitcoin at today's price.

The problem with being ahead of the curve is that everyone thinks you're delusional and a hater. $SATA was performing better than $STRC because it had better price stability. This nonsense about "no debt, extra yield, cleaner structure" is complete BS. Buybacks help $STRC stay stable. $STRC wins long term.

STRC just a few cents away from par! SATA crashing down to $96 I continue to have doubts if there is space for more than 1 player in the market. STRC has: -> The highest BTC Rating -> The longest USD duration -> Strategy with an S&P Credit rating -> Way more Liquidity & Volume -> Buy back Protection Why would anyone choose SATA over STRC for only 1% more yield? This is why I continue to be all in on MSTR, no ASST or other BTCTC. I’m open to change my mind! What do I overlook? Will there be meaningful demand for SATA?

If $BTC doubles, the financing needs look very different. @ColeMacro puts Strive $ASST at just over $1B of new $SATA issuance to stay 50% amplified, versus over $20B of $STRC for Strategy $MSTR to stay near 25%. “Because we’re SATA only, it’s easier. Because we’re smaller, it’s easier.”
