Remember when they said Elon was conning investors because SpaceX and xAI were unprofitable and he was using the money to save X and the whole thing was going to fail?
I presume when FSD Unsupervised is launched in Q2 2027 users will have less control over sped and aggressiveness? More like a Cybercab ride?
Demonstrating a @Tesla with FSD to an elderly neighbor. She’s a perfect candidate: rich, lives alone, no longer drives at night due to poor vision. FSD would change her life.
She would write a check for one today EXCEPT the text on the screen is too damned small. Even with the display adjusted to large print.
Tesla, you’ve got 100 square inches to play with. Create an optional “old fogey” UI with minimum 48-point type.
Remember, as @tom_peters says… women over 50 have All The Money and control all the car purchases. And they mostly wear bifocals.
Where do we even start with this antiquated banking system?
SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios.
The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios.
Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said.
Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior.

Robot revolution
We are launching the Tesla Robotaxi safety report today.
Till date, Robotaxi has driven a total of 3.3 million miles autonomously, and has had zero injuries nor airbag deployments. If the same number of miles were to be manually driven, we should expect roughly 9 injuries to the occupants or other pedestrians and 4 airbag deployments on average.
We will continue to transparently share our progress with the public using this page.

Trash bin, match, lighter fluid...
This is the best car ad I have ever seen.
A flying car is useless you say?
What about billions and billions in cash, is that useful?
I just watched Moonfall. Awkward timing.
It’s a scifi movie about a rogue AI that turns on humanity after being created to serve us. The movie came out in February 2022. ChatGPT launched in November 2022.
I don’t think we need to worry yet, though. In real life we haven’t even been smart enough to keep the AI off the internet.
